Are You Good At Spying?

source: freewebs.com

Ezam, back in UMNO, apparently he is attracted with the current leadership who is serious in fighting corruption, all the more with the establishment of Suruhanjaya Anti Rasuah.
Wow!!! Is he serious?

He further declared he rejoin since there are.....Reform..lah.... Insaf ..lah....UMNO..changing ..lah.... Suka Hati You Lah… The fact he rejoin UMNO is a sign of a new battle between UMNO and PKR has just begun.

I wonder why he did not rejoin UMNO before the last General Election?

Some UMNO members who distrust him alleged he is spying for his former boss. Ezam, spying for PKR?

What a load of rubbish! It is the other way round, dont you think?

Friday 30 May 2008

UMNO IDOL MP IDOL .

For someone Pak Lah said “no special treatment for rejoining UMNO”, the press coverage he gets as if he is someone who just got back from Space. Just imagine if AI rejoin UMNO, a public holiday?

It took more than 15 years for me to be an ordinary member, as if UMNO have no stomach for someone like me. But someone like the former Youth Keadilan Chief, he can join, quit and rejoin yet treated like a Star.

Having said that, watching the Opposition MPs behaving as if there is no law and order in Parliament makes me wonder what will happen to this country should the Country run by these people from the Government In Waiting. All of them want to be a Star, all of them want to be KS, come on, KS have no Adat, he is bad example of a Gentleman In Parliament.

Today I saw MP Kulasegaran calling for a motion to debate on Bukit Mahkota Grand Saga Saga. It is urgent, he said. I think he is not aware that it is not even debated at the DUN Selangor for fear of subjudice since the issue now in the Court’s hand.

MP Kulasegaran I have a question for you, why should you bother, is Bukit Mahkota in your constituency? Don’t you think the Rakyat have a bigger problem? Let MB Khalid sort it out, it is his job and he promised the people at Bukit Mahkota to look into it. Unless you like many others among you, have in your agenda to be a Star too.

Yes Minister...

source: yes-minister.com

Dear…Dear Dato Zaid, even if you don’t like what was said by MP from Jerlun, don’t waste your time by calling for a press conference reading word for word criticism said by him. It is a price you have to pay for being a full time politician, all the more for being a Minister. Whether it is worth paying, only you know. Don’t get too upset.

In fact Dato Zaid should be aware by now there are more criticism to come, more than he could imagine. The current wave of political tsunami within UMNO or outside UMNO does not leave anyone free from criticism.

Number One and Number Two were criticised beyond believe everyday, it is so harsh that most of the time it is so unfair. But then again in politics the Malay as you know have a saying, “ Kalau Hendak Berumah Di Tepi Pantai, Kenalah Berani Menahan Ombak.”

And if you don’t like the criticism cum allegation, you know what to do, get an Injunction? Sue for damages?

Let see what sort of other criticisms will come after you, for better or for worse.
You should know by now, gone were the days of Yes Minister...

What Is Your Plea?

Act of desperation to show they are united? May be.
Datin Wan Azizah, Dato Haji Hadi and the soon to be Dato, Lim Guan Eng standing behind Karpal Singh, in his defence did not insult the Sultans.

On why the move by the three of them, each representing their respected Parties, is because Mr Karpal until today is not charge at Court. Charge him, he would have call for the same has it been you or me. Charge him, I want to see the Malay faces standing next to Karpal at Court.

Those Malays who think Karpal is innocent must watch again his press statements.

I would like to highlight this point, “whether intended or not, it does not apply when you insult Sultans and Rajas” even if you plead intoxication.

Win Win My Foot!!!

source: 1-900-870-6235.com

Why do we call it Pulau and not Batu? It is technical.

Why cant our fishermen starts fishing at the Middle Rock? It is technical.

Why all of us must stay away from the Middle Rock? It is technical.

Why are we allowing Singapore to maintain other lighthouses? It is technical.

Why do we lost at ICJ? It is technical.

Why did we produce the non authentic photo? It is technical.

Why do we send plagiarism legal team? It is technical.

Why do we want to be so nice to our former Colony? It is technical.

Most of all, why aren’t we putting our flag on the Rock yet !!! It is very technical ???

Pedra Blanca Disaster

Its over, we now have to accept Pulau Batu Putih belong to Singapore. But what I can’t accept is this photo below produced by our legal team.

source: straitstimes.com

The first photograph, which Malaysia had tendered at ICJ hearing was taken by a camera using a telephoto lens.

The second photograph was tendered by Singapore, using a camera lens that approximates what the human eye sees. As a result, the Malaysian photograph exaggerated the height of Mount Berbukit by about seven times.

Who the hell suggested the legal team to produce this photo tampered and misleading?
Apparently the source of the photo is from a blog. No wonder we lost credibility at ICJ.

Jangan Putih Mata

Source: straitstimes.com

When it comes to issues related to Singapore, we tend to be at the loosing end. The lists seems to go on and on. Water supply, water rates, railway lines, air space, CIQ, CPF, just name it and we will lost to Singapore.

On top of that, we happen to agree with whatever requests made by our former Colony, no bridge they said, we said alright no bridge, we scrapped it and the Contractor compensated by us, not Singapore.

Today we lost again, ICJ decision in favour of our former Colony.

Why not rename Pulau Batu Putih to Pulau Putih Mata.

Smile, Its Friday, Our Students Our Future

This report from MM Rantings.

"National Islamic Student Associations claim the white blouse school uniform is too sexy. The school uniform need to be review, that it will stop from babies out of wedlock to an extent even prostitution….decent clothing can protect and prevent from untowards incident."

I wonder where this Islamic Student Associations come from, Afghanistan perhaps.

Those who claimed the school uniform is too sexy must be “Buta”. Those who think the changing of the school uniform will protect our children should be send back to secondary school, they just don’t have that college and university type of mind set. No proper studies research analyst done to proof as they claim.

These people will never be happy until our wife children, sister, mother, Tok, Nek wear something look like a "Burqa".

I suggest they look at the Malaysian men, in particular Malay men on why they always have the urge for a quicky. They can start the research at home, among their brothers or even among they male colleagues.

Never Give Up Never Quit

Source:aaaprinting.co.uk

Tun was right when he said it was UMNO members who voted the opposition in the last election. Those that fed Pak Lah the information that the candidates placed by UMNO on the last election was sabotaged definitely misled him. No such thing, it is all out of frustration. Voters and members were frustrated with the parachute candidates and the boring no show non performing incumbent DUNs and MPs. Tun and family left UMNO out of frustration and many more will follow suit, if it is not now, it will be later, time will tell.

If this trend continues what left for UMNO are those who pledged their loyalty to leadership at the Parliament lobby.

UMNO must take immediate action by getting new members. UMNO needs new members, fresh faces, new air, dynamic and outgoing, it is the answer to this uncertainty in UMNO, if not all, at least it is one of it.

Sorry Is Not The Hardest Word

source: rbs-assureyourself.co.uk

"Sorry, we didn’t know the budget from the previous Government is this much, therefore we can’t keep our promises.”

I feel sorry for Tan Sri Khalid who regretfully admitted he can't keep up to his manifesto, do you think I really do? You must be joking.

PKR in one of their manisfesto promised to give RM1,000.00 to every Selangor born who are studying at University or College. Now they gave excuses which in my opinion amounting to dishonesty. A student from UITM lodged a police report. Whether this dishonesty carry elements of cheating are yet to be known.

Tan Sri Khalid on and off blame the previous Government, it has become habitual to Selangor PKR blaming the previous Government as if their hands are tight. They are no better than the previous Government. If you don’t believe me, look at Azmin Ali, he is no different than Azman Wahid, until today, “No Batang Hidung” at Bukit Antarabangsa. Fire them, they will say sorry, all of them are good at saying sorry, Tian Chua did when he forget to submit his questions on time.
To PKR, Sorry is not the hardest word.

Have A Break Tun.

Tun Mahathir calling it a Quit. No more UMNO.

As a non member, Tun can go all out in hammering UMNO, after all this is the best time to hammer UMNO.
But Tun going in and out of UMNO is a bad example for party members. It is also inappropriate for Tun to call upon other members to quit. To quit is to abandon democracy in UMNO. Perhaps Tun should know, Pak Lah is wasting his time when meeting members from all Division and States, the members are not buying it. Large number of them has no appetite for the call of loyalty to leadership.

Pak Lah recent statement that he got work to do until end of the year is good enough for us as a member to wait. Let him finish his work.

We all know the rush is to stop AI and to bring back faith in UMNO. Where UMNO is concern, the members want to be united, where AI is concern, que sera sera, he will not be the next PM.

Give Pak Lah the break he needed.

SELAMAT HARI WESAK

To all of my Buddhist friends and Malaysian, Wish You All Happy Wesak Day.

Happy Holiday.

Our Pleasure or the King's Pleasure

It is confirm the AG has to act on the Royal Commission report.

Let start with the Bar Council, they can form their own Board of Inquiry specially design for Lingam, then to Disciplinary Board. Judicial notice shows the Inquiry may commence without the need for an official report from any member of the public or in particular member of the Bar.

Next, investigation against Tun Mahathir, do you really want to investigate Tun? In his testimony Tun stated under oath, " he can’t recall the events, Lingam was just his lawyer. "

Tun could have reward Lingam by appointing him as High Court Judge should Lingam have any influence on Tun. Everyone I know do not mind to be a High Court Judge.

Most of all, it is Tun’s prerogative to appoint anyone to be Chief Justice of Malaya, as much as appointing AI as Deputy Prime Minister in December 1993.

On the rests named in the Royal Commission Finding, let waste the public money in furthering this investigation until someone is charge for our pleasure. Apology, the King's pleasure.

Youth? What do you know about them?

The called by UMNO Youth Chief to win back young voters has come to a situation where it is better late than never, it is also a realistic situation of easier said than done.

Young voters I met are fed up with UMNO, large number of them really hate UMNO. All of them would say the same thing, if UMNO at branch level are unapproachable, all the more at top level. Someone told me, "Kalau nak rasa macamana malunya jadi ahli UMNO, ini lah masanya, duduk lah mana-mana kedai mamak, UMNO mesti kena kutuk."

The other set back, go and ask for Borang Permohonan Ahli, then wait . The wait for the Borang Ahli will be so long, "Macam Menunggu Buah Tak Jatuh, or a classic way of saying it, "Anak baru lahir, sampai bercakap dan berjalan belum tentu dapat borang".

Lets be honest and face it, UMNO leaders are boring, they dont seems to support the real youth, the every day youth, the college boys and girls, the entrepreneur boys and girls, the lepak that sits watching every bloody football matches at mamak stall. Instead what they did, they send several Mat Rempits and one over weight UMNO head to the Artic. Thank god, no ice broken incident while he land on the ice at the Artic. Otherwise the humiliation would be worst than an election defeat.

Do you know one of major factor on why the Voters change their mind was Mat Rempit? Yes, those nuisance that rode their bikes with BN and UMNO flags on the eve of the voting day.

Get close to the Youth now, dont talk politics, they get bored, listen to their dreams and desire, be supportive, smile when they criticise, most of all, be visible.

UMNO leaders after election, invisible.

Kill The Lawyers, Says King Henry VI

Karpal Singh is in hot soup again. It begins with his criticism at Tengku Mahkota Kelantan. He got away with it, it seems, but not for long. His latest is with the Sultan of Perak, Sultan Azlan Shah.

His exact words,:

"Dalam satu kes di Mahkamah Persekutuan pada 1982, jelas menunjukkan kerajaan negeri berhak menukar kakitangan awam termasuk di peringkat Pusat pada bila-bila masa dan ke mana saja. Sultan Perak pernah menjadi Ketua Hakim dan tidak sedar kes ini. " - Wrong Mr Karpal, it is the duty of the State Secretary which in relation to religious appointment consult the Sultan. The case you cited no longer have any binding effect we departed from the Privy Council in the mid 80s, we now have established our own Common Law."

"Menteri Besar Perak sudah meminta maaf kepada Sultan. Kerajaan Perak tidak sepatutnya dipengaruhi istana...begitu juga dengan perkara pelantikan Menteri Besar Terengganu dan Menteri Besar Perlis yang mana istana campur tangan." - Wrong again Mr Karpal, like appearing before a Judge, you apologise directly to the Sultan, not through the Press. The appointment of Menteri Besar not prerogative of the Sultan but the Sultan may decline the appointment too.

"Istana kena faham jangan melampaui batas dan had kuasa. Sultan adalah ketua negeri masing-masing. Malaysia adalah negara tunggal yang ada sembilan sultan, jumlah terbesar di dunia. Kerajaan Pusat patut memastikan sultan dilarang daripada campur tangan dalam pentadbiran kerajaan negeri sehingga Menteri Besar Perak melantik semula Jamry. Kita tak hidup dalam zaman feudal lagi. Sultan termasuk Yang di-Pertuan Agong bertindak sebagai penasihat eksekutif mengikut Perlembagaan Persekutuan," - Very wrong Mr Karpal, it is true we are no longer living in feudal times, but we are Beradat unlike you Mr Karpal, you are arrogant, thick face and kurang ajar. If you dont like our system, then get out from it, like many others, leave the Country.

Large number of the Rakyat lives under the Umbrella of the Sultans who are the Custodian of the Malay Ugama Adat dan Budaya, it was recognised by the British, it gives peace and harmony to this rather complex society. The British acknowleged "Dimana Bumi Di Pijak Di Situ Langit Di Junjung", therefore all powers in relation to Islam and Adat vested with the Sultan.

And The Winner Is ........

RPK release today.

Bail posted yesterday at noon. Apparently, his wife want him home, a note RPK could not help to ignore.

That is all a wife has to do, leave a note, "Jangan Lupa Bagi Kucing Makan", "Bil Telefon Belum Bayar", "I Nak Duit Sikit", in RPK's case, " I want you home".

Below is a graph for men and women to put on record.

The moral of the story, at the end of the day, we let the wives win.

RPK OVER THE CUCKOO'S NEST

RPK on hunger strike, good news, a hero in the making, some even equal him to The Great Mahatma Gandhi. RPK equals to Gandhi? He is nowhere nearing .

Going for hunger strike is ok, it is good for his diet, turn away visitors, its ok, visitors, friends can be nuisance, turn away wife? Bad idea, definitely a bad idea, especially a wife who is supportive.

There are those who believe RPK is a man of principle, a man who will do anything for his believe. As I said again and again, stay out that place called Jail, jail is bad karma, it change Man, it makes a man fly over the cuckoo's nest. Anyway this is not his first, definitely not going to be his last.

One thing for sure, the pressure groups whether they are from the Bloggers Association or Journalists, will cry for his release. It is time to go back carrying candles at Dataran Merdeka or have a small peaceful demonstration at the gate of Parliament or at the steps of Palace of Justice.

Dont forget the Bar Council, they will be there too, as usual with so called "Walk" that they needed so much.

Walk my foot!!! All of you should go for hunger strike.

Jail? Stay Out

RPK, Jail ? What happen next? Under the Penal Code the charge is bailaible but he refused to post bail. The Prosecutor must have offered the bail sum, I suppose it went unchallenge since RPK really want to spend time in jail. In case he change his mind, he can take the bail offer tomorrow or whenever he wishes.

RPK believe so much in freedom of speech and the freedom for bloggers to write whatever rubbish including "Pig Is Cute". He believe it so much to the extend of challenging the Government from time to time to put him in jail.

I have been to old Pudu Jail once just before it is closed to give way for development, so they say, nothing happen until today. I have been to Sg Buloh Prison, Kajang Prison, Muar and the well known hardcore convicts prison at Simpang Renggam. Let me tell you as a reminder, jail, prison is not a nice place, not at all, stay out of it.

Those who are on remand awaiting trial, whether it is for a month, a year, or even five years want to get out of jail. I am sure you remember, those who are smart, will do anything to breathe the air outside the prison.

There are many ways of doing it, the most common excuse is health, back pain due to slipped disk seems to work very well.

There is another alternative excuse, could be the best alternative excuse, tell those who visits you, "you need to get out of the prison immediately or someone is going to poison you."

Apologise, Then Do As You Wish Again

The Menteri Besar of Perak took the step of menghadap DYMM Sultan Perak. Lets hope it is not a show down, just in case this PAS man intend to defend his right in the name of Islam.

It is easy for someone like him isnt it, all he has to do is to make arrangement to "menghadap" the Sultan, seek an apology and he will get away with it. Had it been someone like us, we would be stone to death and condemn to hell.

I am sure Dato Nizar would find his way to justify his anarchist conduct, I am sure too he will get the support he needed from others, such as DAP and PKR. After all DAP and PKR thought he did the right thing when he sacked a senior civil servant for insubordination.

To be honest Dato MB, if you and many other of your coalition leaders think you did the right thing, just withdraw your "watikah", dont seek an apology.

Dont worry, I guarantee, no one will "Sula" you, after all you are the Menteri Besar.

You may do whatever you wish, then label it as the Rakyat wishes.

Friday 2 May 2008

The Arrogant of Menteri Besar Perak

Dato Nizar, do you really think you can do whatever you like? Do you think the Raja and his Rakyat stupid? Do remember they voted you in to be a Menteri Besar and not a Raja.

This is a situation I once mentioned, “ Kalau Dah Beraja Di Mata, Rasa Macam Raja Di Sembah”. They are not even 100 days in Government, they have started to show their true colours. Asking someone to leave office within 24 hours, is definitely an act of anarchy by a Menteri Besar.

Dato Nizar, we were told you were an IR engineer, you speak more than 4 languages plus several Chinese dialects but don’t think you can dismiss anyone who doesn’t follow your whims and fancy. Dont be arrogant.

Not only you are being watched by the Rakyat who are getting smarter but you are also being watched by the Sultan and his Raja Muda who happen to be smarter than you.

Our MPs, No Class At All

What I saw in Parliament today was appalling. During PM Questions Time their behaviour, were unhealthy. It seems it was worst than a “Pasar”. They were screaming at each other, two of them calling names, from “Big Foot,” to “Big Monkey”. Someone stand up and asked them to “Shut Up”. All of them were like “Orang Tiada Akal”.

I do think the live telecast in Parliament aired for 30 minutes should be rated 18x or rated PG.

Lim Kit Siang was on top of his voice, as usual. Karpal and his son play Mr Smart Arse, as usual. They were pointing fingers at each other, as usual. They were so uncivilized, as usual. They were debating technical matters, nothing new about that.

Do you really think all these technical jargons you raised in Parliament will bring food to the rakyat the next day?

The truth of the matter, all these Members of Parliament have forgotten the Rakyat, they only care about their voices, they like to hear themselves, they love themselves so much, what was worse for us, “They got no class at all.”
