I know these two wishes come rather late. To be realistic, its never too late for anything.

I received several calls from several concern friends on my rather non active blog.

I told them, I have not much to say.

And if I can help it I don’t want to say anything about politic any longer. But the cow head issue, remember that cow head displayed at the gate of MB Selangor office/or State Secretariat Building?

That is stupid, definitely very stupid. Where do they put their own head?

I strongly believe UMNO Shah Alam was behind the scene. They can deny until the cow come home, they remain the suspect in this case

Regrettably this was done in the most beautiful month, the Ramadhan, the fasting month, the Iftar, the Tarawikh, the Qiam, the pasar Ramadhan, the kuih raya, baju raya, the kad raya, the duit raya, the pelita, the mercun or bunga api, the children excitement and the specialness of family togetherness.

As we are fully occupied with all the above, there are those who spend time and money to display cow head.

Do they know not, this is the best month to feed the poor?

Perhaps they do, perhaps they are not Merdeka, I mean their mind set.

Meanwhile to all my brothers and sisters, Selamat Iftar and Selamat Hari Merdeka.

Rohaizat, I pity him, a man who wants to change himself and make change to his own people is condemned by the very people he trust, the Bar Council. To be a practising lawyer the law require him to be a member of the Bar. I think that law is rubbish.

Pakatan did not waste anytime, attack him on his past conduct, to divert the people attention on more pressing issues like poverty road school and health.

I was with the President of the Bar yesterday, we spoke a bit about Rohaizat, he reconfirmed Bar Council stand.

Like always as I see it, the Bar Council is doing what they do best, wherever they can, defending their stand when they struck off a lawyer.

Was it entirely Rohaizat’s fault?

To understand this, we have to go into detail on the organization itself. Pick a legal firm, especially Malay legal firm, you would notice the main reason they split in their partnership was due to money, it all goes down to money. One partner work hard for the money, the other partner look for ways to spend the money, one partner trusted the other, the other partner cannot be trusted, one partner very experience, the other lack of it and worst still when the other partner “Malas”.

Bukan Melayu ke tu? Malas dan nak cepat kaya, Melayu lah tu.

Rohaizat should be given the benefit of the doubt. Apa baik sangat ke orang PAS? Those who wants to change himself should be given that second chance. Why punish someone for life, its not murder, it is just a mistake of judgment in business.

To Rohaizat, Selamat Berkempen, Selamat Berpuasa.

If Tak Tahan, Buka lah Puasa. Let See What PAS Would Say About That.

DO NOT SLAP ANYONE

Three days ago the whole Malaysia watched or happened to watched on TV3, a Member of Parliament slapped a police officer.

TV3 as if another political party had a field day, repeated the scene more than 5 times.

The MP from PKR showed his anger beyond madness. He was shoved away by more than 10 officers. Something someone somewhere must has light the fire. Was he provoked? Did someone call him Pariah?

Whatever it is, do not slap anyone, he or she will remember for a very long time.

The Young and the Old, all of race, of all walk of life, throng the PC Fair at the Convention Centre.

No politician about. No Anwar nor Sivarasa.

Let be realistic, Pakatan got no issue, so they create one, the old one, walk to the street in the name of abolishing ISA. By doing this, they hope to make the Government and the Authority look like monsters.

Trust me, its true, its Anwar Sivarasa politics, yang lain tu, just another baruah..ikut aje.

The issue, boring, the people who organised are boring people, the chanting are boring, the photos, political statements, arrest are all boring.

Thousand that demonstrate have no clue or have not even read the ISA. ISA itself is a boring Act.

Those who participate will repeat the same story again and again. They would be very pleased with themselves, especially the tear gas experience.

For now until Merdeka I will publish photos which I think relate to us everyday which we take for granted.

Politics aside, congratulate him. For Pas, berpahala, for DAP, we are one, for Anwar and Keadilan, we were the same piece of cloth.

President Ahmadinejad called for the abolishment of veto power of the five permanent members of the UN at UN Conference yesterday.

No surprise to that, Tun Mahathir made similar call over 10 years ago.

As he spoke about racism, Zionism, the European delegates walked out, the US walked out first, then came Israel, it is more suprising when New Zealand walked out too.

These are the very people who champion free speech. They walked out when they were criticised. Their expectation has always been that we listen to them, in fact we must heed to their command.

There are many of this sort of people sit in our Parliament and State Assembly, they enjoy walking out.

Believe me, it is preplanned, lets walk out when the PM speaks, we speak to reporters waiting outside, give the reporters what they want to hear, then we all can all go back and do the things we miss so much.

Pity the rakyat, they are the one that got cheated by all these dramas created by the champion of free speech.

PENANTIAN ELECTION

How many of you really belief in democracy?

You say you are, I say you are not. Democracy has its price, one of the prices, most precious of them is free speech. With that come free demonstrations, free media, free ISA, free roads, free water, free for all.

For the sake of democracy there will be another by election, this time at Penanti, Penang.

Orang Penang kata “tak abeh-abeh”.

This country has more By Election than any other country in the world. It started with Permatang Pauh, for the love of a wife to her husband, she vacated her seat, gave it to her husband, By Election were held, the husband won.

Several other By Elections were held later and BN lost all except at Batang Air. And BN will continue to lost By Election unless the ballot boxes are shifted to the polling centre by helicopter or boat as the way they did at Batang Ai.

BN with all the might of media, logistics, money, set to loose again at Penanti.

Why waste the public money, just give the seat to PKR, they will definitely take it. We do not need another By Election, we could not bare the burden of watching BN lost again. Just give the seat to them, for a good cause.

Democracy? Election ? Forget it, I never believe in it anyway.

GO AWAY

Initially I plan to take 100 days rest from the date of the appointment of the new Prime Minister. I plan to go away from politics posting. As human we plan, at the end of the day God determine everything. As you know things did not go as plan.

As we all knew, things weren’t as easy for the new PM too.

Najib entry is a good sign with a good start for UMNO and BN as a whole but then again these UMNO boys and a few members in the component like MIC just want to get messy.

I can’t believe my ears when I got to know those UMNO boys in DUN Terengganu, all of the sudden got no balls to attend the State Assembly after receiving some sort of threat messages by sms.

Come on boys, if you fear for your position so much or your life for that matter, make it easy for everyone, resign sajalah. It makes everyone happy, it makes you happy too.

MIC satu hal lagi, they performed badly in the last election, those who support them are the die hard fan of Samy Vellu. The younger generation do not want to get close to MIC, they took notice their leaders at most times do not represent the new generation of Indian community.

Just compare the way Samy speak and 18 years old Raju next door.

If MIC wants to leave BN, Najib should say this “Go Ahead Punk, Make My Day”.

Or may be MIC should ask themselves, “MIC relevan lagi kah in BN?”

BYE BYE BN LAGI ?

JKR is doing all they can to stabilize the slopes at Bukit Antarabangsa. At the end of Wangsa 11 worked has begun according to schedule. They are going to intall 200 pilings, construct slope protection.. They will also go house to house to check whether there are cracks or sign of movement on the structure for rectification.

Well done, I would say, in less than 2 years I will be able sleep well.

To thank the Federal Government, I will vote for BN on both seats in the next general election.

This is not a flashback, it is recent, could occur in the next general election:-

“To my surprise, during campaign, Khir Toyo were seen everywhere “buat-buat sibuk”, as if he is wanted in this area, waving at journalists, cameramen, making himself visible, gesturing he is ready for interviews.

To make things more merrier, Samy Vellu show up, not many Indians around in this area but he just show up, went straight up to the restaurant, the joint is own by an influential Indian entrepreneur who was once sacked by him from MIC.

As things gets busy, KJ gave his fiery speech, he was totally ignored by the people, he couldn’t careless, what matters most, he is in the next TV News.

Then came JJ, yes, of all the people, JJ turn up, according to several bloggers, he is Mr Fix It. The bloggers were impressed with him, he is a gentleman who knows to get thing done at short notice.

To me, he is nothing more than a man who wants a good job. He has been out of job for a long time. He will hug anyone just to secure something in the Government.

For all the above cock and bull, Azmin and Zuraidah look like angels from the sky.

Bye Bye BN at Bukit Gantang, Bukit Selambau and Bukit Antarabangsa for good.

Why BN lost in the last election at Bukit Gantang?

They got the wrong candidate, Dato Azim was regarded as “Calun Parachute”. The supporters were from KL, the locals shut their doors, the natives have no appetite for outsiders.

Why BN lost in Bukit Selambau?

The people were sick of BN dirty politics, Hindraff was badly tackle, MIC leaders at division level still idolise someone like Samy Velloo, the Chinese voters trust bloggers more than politicians. The Malays hated the fact Dato Mukhriz was sidelined at Jerlun by UMNO leaders at that time.

For silly reasons BN lost these two States to PAS and DAP.

Today is the By Election for these two constituencies and one Parliament in Batang Air Sarawak.

I often asked myself, why should I vote for BN?

In fact mosts of the time I think for reasons not to vote for BN. Let me tell you, I have many reasons. At Bukit Antarabangsa I will never vote for BN. They bloody screw up this place, the candidate they chose family related, the State do not care about us. Good ridden to you all.

Anyway, for all the three constituencies due for voting today, I would vote for BN, reason being DAP PAS PKR buat negeri kucar kacir.

Now even better, they have someone from DAP to recite a verse from the Quran and there is nothing PAS and PKR can do about it, they were all smiling and proud of it perhaps, impress even, when we all know all hell break loose when Nga recited the Quran about Keadilan.

Berhati hati bila mengundi. Jangan di rasuk setan.

I do believe in freedom, I do believe in fair trial but I will never compromise on national security.

Although many said it is a good start to release several of the ISA detainees, I have my own concern, what if a few of those released later will act “macam melepas anjing tersepit”.

I can never understand those who signed online petition to the King opposing the appointment of Najib as Prime Minister. Among them are 81 of Opposition MPs, they signed petition of “no confidence” against Najib. What is their problem? To them no one should be the Prime Minister other than Anwar.

To me. it is very clear, all of the 81 MPs who signed the online petition suffers “sakit hati” and “sakit jiwa” known as "Hendak Anwar Syndrome".

Face the reality, face the fact, this country have a new Prime Minister. He will be a good Prime Minister. He is the Prime Minister everybody is waiting for and he is not in waiting like the one you pray for.

Instead of signing that stupid petition, why can’t you just congratulate the new Prime Minister. If you do not know how to do it, you can quote as they way I wrote at the bottom of this posting.

Untuk apa men wearing floral design for their samping? Some just too expensive.

Eventually, the much awaited, UMNO General Assembly is on tomorrow.

It is dated as 2008 General Assembly. Its not important I suppose. The most important is the Election.

Who do I expect to win?

For Naib Presiden, Hishamuddin Tun Hussein. Zahid Hamidi and Shafie Apdal

Why the above? Hishamuddin, give him chance lah, Zahid know how to take Anwar by the horns.

For Ketua Wanita: Sharizat.

Why Sharizat? Let me be honest, Rafidah got to go.

I was very disappointed when Sharizat lost at Lembah Pantai in the last election. Orang Pantai Dalam buta agaknya. What do you get from Nurul Izzah. I was told she spend more time at Bangsar than Pantai Dalam. What to do, “tempat jatuh lagikan di kenang, ini kan pula tempat bermain, betul tak?

Sharizat could redeem her lost in the last election by being Ketua Wanita and make a good comeback.

For Ketua Pemuda: Mukhriz Tun Mahathir.

Why Mukhriz? He is clean enough for the new UMNO Youth image, for the future UMNO too. Where else in this world at over 40 – 45 you are known as Youth/Pemuda, only in UMNO.

All Mukhriz got to do for now is to keep smiling, let your Daddy do the talking.

There you go, that’s result expection, that's my prediction, should I be given the chance to vote, I would vote for them.

A friend asked me this morning about Gobind and I said, Gobind is trying so hard to be like his father The truth is no one will be like their father, "muka saja akan akan" to show you are not anak angkat or a bastard, character wise, "gaya ada, isi tiada."

In many of my postings, I believe many of you would have noticed, I enjoyed ridiculing Gobind, Zaid and many other lawyers, especially the Bar. After all this blog started when I “sakit hati” with a Senior Bengali Lawyer.

Having said that, I have high regards to the many Malay lawyers I know, for being humble, accommodating, keep to their words, sticking to ethics, always look forward to an amicable settlement and most of all never look down at others in particular junior lawyers.

Have a look at this, it justify why lawyers are bunch of thick face good for nothing.

ARE YOU DRUNK ?

Tun Mahathir liken Zaid Ibrahim to "katak"when Zaid Ibrahim in his speech at the Rotary Club called DYMM Yang Di Pertuan Agong not to appoint Dato Najib as the Prime Minister.

I think Tun is being too nice and kind to call him "katak". He is more of "Ular" to be exact.

Both Zaid and Anwar sound the same, by whatever means their agenda is to ensure Najib will never make it as the Prime Minister. Both of them, hina UMNO, hina orang Melayu, at most times they make it sound as if only orang melayu bodoh who sokong UMNO are stupid, they want to "pijak-pijak" UMNO. I know both of them thoroughly enjoy it.

Asking DYMM Yang Di Pertuan Agong not to appoint Najib as Prime Minister is not only stupid, it is also complete madness. He should have thanked UMNO for supporting him all these years.

God knows what strike him that evening at the Rotary Club, he either lost his mind or absolutely piss.

As I said before, it could be true too, those who support PKR are those without principle, on one hand they disregard Titah Di Raja as they did in Perak, on the other hand they ask the King to do things for them.

Yes do things for them. The other assumption, "Dia Buang Tabiat".

EVERYONE WANTS IMMUNITY

A friend asked me today, "Did you read the papers this morning? Utusan?” To my great pleasure I replied, “I have not read Utusan for a long time, that newspaper bored me to death.”

Taking the attention of another lawyer sitting next to me in the court gallery, as if he is speaking to him too, he said “How could he not read Utusan when he is UMNO member?”, at the same time pointing his finger at me. The other lawyer showed a page in the Star newspaper which carried a news on Ali Rastam, “He has not been reading Utusan too." referring to Ali Rastam. He went on to say, "I bought this piece for RM1.20 for the cartoon.”. I smile to him in agreement.

The conversation later dragged on the issue about Karpal being charge at court. The other lawyer said, “How could they charged him, he was only citing the constitution? My friend replied, “He threatened to sue Sultan Azlan, he can’t sue the Sultan, especially when the Sultan is acting in his official capacity.” The other lawyer made this typical lawyer demeanour of naivity as if Sultan Azlan is not acting in his official capacity whereas Karpal is acting in his official capacity and said, “How about the Special Court?”

I added, “The Special Court was set up for his unofficial conduct.” The lawyer being displeased said “I thought they have removed the immunity?

“No.. I replied, in fact the President of the Bar is also immune from prosecution.” Both of them were stunned. “Yes…, the President of the Bar is immune from prosecution. The Bill was tabled by Hamzah Abu Samah and passed in Parliament in the 70s, go and check.” I said.

It’s a boring subject, those who supported Karpal will stand up for Karpal. Before I walked off I said, “Let Karpal defend himself if he think he is right. It’s up to the prosecution to prosecute him.”

I didn't say what I really wanted to say, "Don’t tell me we need the blessing of lawyers or the Bar Council to prosecute one of it’s member."

MPs BEHAVING LIKE SAKIT JIWA

This is what happened when there is immunity in Parliament.

Intended or not calling someone or anyone a murderer, in particular to the DPM, in Parliament!!!....is way out of boundaries of any respected human being especially when you are an MP. Are you a Member of Parliament Gobind?

What were you thinking at that time Gobind? Don’t you have a better place to say it? Do you know there are school children watching the sessions ?

Sometimes I thought MPs should undergo some sort of treatment, you know the “sakit jiwa” treatment. Many of them have "sakit jiwa" but they just do not know about it, and there are more of them among the Members of Parliament in Malaysia nowadays then ever before.

By tomorrow, the Parliament will ban Gobind for a year.

I want to see them ban him for life.

What sort of people will stand up for you. The Bar Council, perhaps.

NO IMMUNITY

I was deeply touched when I got to know anak nelayan scored 20 A1s in all her subjects for her SPM. I hope the Government will support her all the way to the best college or university befitting her hard work and determination. She wants to go to the best University in the Middle East, help her to fulfil her wish and desire. RM60 billion means nothing, if she could not get a place that would full fill her dreams.

I hope she will be a fine example one day, where she speaks with grace when she thanked everyone who has help her to fulfil her dreams.

To speak with grace, she needs to be at the right college or university. Oxford or Cambridge are fine example.

Surely we do not want her to speak like Jagdeep, Bettie Chew, Karpal and many more from the Barisan end.

When one speaks with grace, issue of immunity does not arise. I personally think the immunity enjoy by the members of parliament should be removed. They all talk too much without substance. All Muslim knows, the more you speak, the more sins you committed, one of which, you tell people you got numbers, you got the date, you got the traitors to cross over for you but nothing happen, you can't even keep simple promises, yet you keep repeating like a parrot.

What is there to fear? You people are behaving like 'samseng" anyway, taking away the immunity is good, let see, whether you got balls or not.

Semua penakut, thats what you are, its not about doing your job without fear, all of you takut papa, takut jatuh miskin.

Back to anak nelayan, I would like to congratulate her and her family, well done, we are very proud of you. Good luck with whatever you do in many years to come, may all your wishes come true.

MINI MONEY MINOR MORE

RM60 billion for a mini budget is a lot of money. Strange Anwar did not object to the sitting of Parliament for the mini budget like he did in the past, “Unconstitutional lah katanya.” “Gula-gula lah", you bloody hyprocrite, object lah, the way you did in the last budget.

I am wandering how this RM60 billion will get to me, even "sebesar kuman", as for now I am thinking not a single penny will stimulate my business. Nothing was mentioned about the service industry I ventured for over ten years.

I don’t need tax cut, there is nothing to cut, I am more concern that I am unable to service all the loans I rendered. I am very worried, I am not getting paid, it is recurring on daily basis.

The landlord is not reducing the rental, the parking charges remain the same, the costs for filing papers in court are the same, courier services, midnight runners are not cutting their charges, not even for a penny, they continued asking for more, that goes to salary too. I must pay the salary, I must contribute epf, socso and what not, its statutory obligations which I have to endure through pain and sorrow.

Shut down your business, some of these good for nothing people were saying. It is not as simple as that, it is easier said than done, I am not doing product orientated business, it is a lot easier to pack the bags in this type of business.

Senang, Anwar Guan Eng cakap, be brave lah, Government can do more lah, what the hell both of you can do? Both of you do nothing from day one of the political tsunami, all both of you did were barking, buat huru hara, cabar sana, cabar sini, got the numbers my foot, both of you responsible for the huru hara in Perak. Do not deny, they are your men.

Even I can do the job like Guan Eng or Anwar are doing now, anyone can do, even better with grace indeed.

Whatever it is, it is que sera sera, tomorrow I will write to the Minister of Finance for grant, not loan, I don’t want loan, I don’t want the bank behind my back.

PERANGAI MELAYU MODEN

Do you know the Malays hate UMNO so much?

Do you know many Malays who are still loyal to UMNO sick of the same old fart in UMNO like Khir Toyo?

Such hate make them want to do away with"kedudukkan istimewa orang melayu", they even look for reasons to shut down anything institution that bears the Malay name.

On Raja-Raja Melayu, where ever they can they remain subdue, they allow people like Karpal to openly make fun of Raja-Raja Melayu.

All these arise out of hate towards UMNO, it is as a result of this hate that they think like orang gila, they acted precisely the way "Marahkan Nyamuk, Kelambu Di Bakar".

When DYMM Tuanku Sultan Selangor expressed his disappointment on the conduct of the Malays as rude ill manered and unabashed, the answers are simple, blame it on the politicians.

Blame it on UMNO, they were so greedy and arrogant at one stage, they thought they will never bites the dusts.

Now, these same UMNO clowns will do anything to ensure that they will never be forgotten, especially those who are going for the top posts in the upcoming UMNO election.

UNDER THE BROADWALK ? TREE

When we are concern about gloom economy, when we worried whether we can sustain in business for the next six month, when our employees are praying so that they will not be laid off, we have politicians who only care about themselves.

In Perak, the Speaker chose to convene State Assembly under a tree, with a “baruah” reciting “doa selamat”. What the hell, if they want to sit under a tree for the assembly sessions, so be it.

Just hope they don’t drag our children out of their classes for sessions under trees too.

Surely many of us in this multicultural society knew where he and his advisors get the idea from if it is not in one of those Rajinikanth movies.

To those who do not know who is Rajinikanth, he is Tom Cruise of Tamil movies. In his movie you will learn wherever he stays, there is always trouble or anarchists of some sort, this Rajinikanth will always appear to sort it out, it gets very violent too. If not he will arbitrate under a tree witness by the whole community, no one speaks except him and parties in question. Go and watch one of his movie to experience his magic exhilarating
moment, especially the way he throw his "kain selimpang" to his villains and the way he flip his opponent. Go watch this movie "Padayappa". You will be his fan, I bet you will.

Back to our main issues today, when we were stuck in traffic jams, roads with dozens and tonnes of potholes, our leaders politicians speakers are behaving in the most stupid behaviour they can be.
No change in KL or DBKL since Pakatan walk in the administration of KL, I wonder what sort of people who support them.

The lawyers that they appointed in Ipoh to represent themselves, don’t even know whether they have locus standi or not. What sort of lawyers are they, experience, expensive or just over excited with the big picture going on around the country.

Statements “Singh is King” by Karpal is another attempt by Karpal to provoke the Malays. While the father wants to be King, the son wants to remove the King's power.

That is the way I see it. They seems to be looking for every opportunity to show they are acting without fear. Lawyers motto lah pulak, acting without fear or favour. Both enjoy putting themselves in the spot light.

It is apparent Karpal wants to put himself in the spot light, he want to show Anwar and friends, he is still the lion of the opposition.

Frankly, he has no locus to sue DYMM Tuanku Sultan Perak, the truth also speaks, no one will support him, what is better than to discredit the Raja and the Sultans to get the attention of Pakatan.

By whatever means, his move distract peaceful people, as we are witnessing these few week, Karpal and his son will provoke the Malays and to their very arrogant, they will over run the Malays patience whose patience already instilled in the Malays good nature either by Islamic teaching or by customary and tradition.

The Malays are peaceful people, a fact known to him, so stop provoking the Malays will you.

When Tuanku Sultan Selangor gave his wise and fair opinion on Elizabeth Wong issue, I smile to myself.

I know for sure someone somewhere around the corner, in particular UMNO in Selangor, felt it is a slap on the face.

Capitalising on Miss Wong semi naked photographs as a way to get rid of her from her seat at Bukit Lanjan, all the more with the hope of winning a By Election in Bukit Lanjan is short minded politics.

Whoever that came out with the idea, should be removed from advising those who hope to benefit from it.

Khir Toyo in particular, should stop making statements, should stop playing stupid politics. Perhaps he should know when he was at Bukit Antarabangsa last December, to visit the landslide victims, the public were aware his goons were chasing photographers, reporters to ensure Khir interviewed and photographed, whereever they can they want to steal the whole show from MPs DUN of Pakatan who were busy on site.

He fail to see his conduct and statements, "buat orang meluat", I am surprise he still have the support in Selangor.

He should know if he ever contest at Bukit Lanjan, he will lost.

Tuanku Sultan Selangor did the right wise thing by being above politics.

The Work Minister announced Pak Lah's cabinets approved RM70 million to stabilise the slope at Bukit Antarabangsa, Apparently work begins next week, I do appreciate the attention and urgency given by the Minister.

I was relief, happy although not overjoy. remain hopeful, the federal government compensate those whose houses totally destroyed by the tragedy.

The State Government on the other hand remain subdue, as for now they do nothing, they repeated they will not compensate, they will assess the situation until the cows come home, they want the report, where is the report to enable the State pointing fingers and blame someone else?

This is Pakatan State Government lead by MB Khalid who is not people’s people. This is the State Government who told us it is private land, therefore the landowners must bear their own costs to stabilise the slope, they are not oblige to even look into it, their hands are tight, they will do nothing.

If they do not want to do anything, its up to them, I hope the Federal Government ignore them and carry out the work to repair the slope and beautify the whole area as they plan.

What I do not want to see, “Lembu Punya Susu, Sapi Dapat Nama”, off late Pakatan always claimed credit for good things done by BN other than witch hunting.

Be careful Khalid, this Lembu year is no good for you.

One fine morning about month ago someone from MPAJ called asking me to provide them with particulars of my household including birth certificate of my children and bank statement. She told me the State Government is giving out some money to the landslide victims. I was pleased to know Pakatan State Government is giving RM1,000.00 per household, a sweet gesture from the Pakatan Government.

Two weeks later they called again to remind me to enclose photocopies of identity cards when submitting the papers. Then to my surpise, I was told the State will only give money to those whose income is less than RM1,500.00 per household.

I didn’t shout at the MPAJ girl that call me, I just said very nicely macam Anwar, “Siapa pulak yang gaji bawah RM1,500.00 di Bukit Antarabangsa ni!!! Sewa disini paling murah RM800.00.!!! Itu pun kalau rumah tu berhantu.!!!”

Sakit hati, honestly I think Khalid who was from the corporate sector only cares about numbers, not people. He only cares of how much money he can save for the State, in total contrast, on the day of the disaster, Pak Lah announced the Federal Government will compensate the victims, Khalid on the next day announce the State is not going to compensate the victims since the land is private land.

Khalid… you stupid man.. when a house burn to the ground, the victims in our tradition as caring society will be first taken care by the State. The State’s DUNs and MPs will raise all sorts of donations and contributions. The State wherever possible will give all sorts of assistant to build the victim a new house. It is part and parcel of the State’s duties to the people. You don’t tell the victim, your house is a private house, there is not much you can do about it. You tell that to the tsunami victims in Kedah and Penang. I am sure they will bury you alive.

Useless MB....How I wish there is another election here at Darihulu like the upcoming By Election at Bukit Gantang, Bukit Selambau, Bukit Lanjan.

Jeff Ooi makes it a big deal, he wants us to know that he is proud and enjoy driving that crappy outdated car , at the same time with MP crest on it.

He make it sound sinful to drive good cars such as mercedes or bmw to the Parliament. He didnt specifically mentioned it he impliedly said so. To him, as long as you are a member of parliament or minister or speaker if you drive something bigger than his car you probably a crook. Only God knows what he said about Maybach or Rolls Royce that park the main entrance of Parliament that morning. If only we could hear him when he speaks to himself.

I just could not accept his point on that crappy Wira he drove, are we living in a commie country, when every where you go the cars look almost the same? Or he rather see cars to look the same? If that is the case, you can go and naik kereta lembu lah...

Look, if I am an MP, I drive a nice car, whatever bloody nice car I like as long as I can afford it. I will definitely not going to make it a point as to what car I drive as the way he did in his blog. Don't question where I got the money to buy the car he thinks crook drives, its none of his or any of his comrades business.

Is this the type of MP the people really want? The one that tells our future generation, a lousy Proton Wira is better car, those who drives BMW or Mercedes are probably crook.

Khir Toyo in Penang arrested for illegal assembly. No detention, just arrest for questioning for illegal gathering and marching without permit towards Karpal Singh house.

This morning he was at the Gate of Istana Kayangan with hundreds of supporters largely UMNO members to pledge his loyalty and support to DYMM Sultan Selangor.

Dato Hishamuddin three days ago announced to hold demonstration in support of Raja-Raja Melayu at PWTC open space.

Similarly KJ was one of them, asking Pemuda UMNO to stand behind Raja Raja Melayu.

There is nothing wrong in supporting DYMM Sultan Azlan, DYMM Sultan Selangor and Raja-Raja Melayu but I feel these people are taking advantage of the whole scenario in Perak to promote themselves, in other words campaigning for themselves for the upcoming March UMNO General Assembly.

All in all they are doing it for their own personal agendas.

TRY PKR PENGHULU COURT

Today Dato Nizar, Menteri Besar of Perak Dalam Sejarah filed papers at Jalan Duta Court to seek declaration that he is the rightful legally MB Perak. He also seek an injunction to stop the new MB for carrying out his duty as the new MB Perak.

Dato Nizar travel all the way from Perak to file his suit at Jalan Duta court, a special court, known as Mahkamah Rayuan Khas. Macam banyak duit to travel to KL, its ok, State bayar kot.

Next time file your case in Ipoh Perak lah, its cheaper, safe costs lah. Although there is no Mahkamah Rayuan Khas in Ipoh, Ipoh High Court do have the jurisdiction to hear your case. Mind you, you takut kalah di gelanggang sendiri ke, or you think you might not get a fair hearing in Perak.

Why not take your case at Penghulu Court, 876 penghulu in Perak, all PKR supporters. Aisehman, no jurisdiction either.

Today, Dato Nizar announced he is vacating the Official MB Residence, good on you, you got no work, give back to the State. Why not return the car as well ?

Actually I look forward to hear the court say they have no jurisdiction to make such declaration since only DYMM Sultan Perak can make such declaration, in other words "Titah Perintah".

On your Injunction application, the Court will hear your Injunction application on the same day they throw out your application for declaration.

So, be prepared on the costs.

Take my advice, withdraw your application.

PERAK MB OFFICIAL RESIDENCE

Today he expressed his intention to hold on to the official residence of Menteri Besar Perak and proclaimed that he shall carry out his duty as Menteri Besar from the Official Residence.

I don’t think Dato Nizar knows the law.

I don’t think anyone bother to tell him that he is trespassing the Official Residence of Perak Menteri Besar.

Lets have a bet, in one week or less, the electricity and water supply will be disconnected by the relevant authority. Letters wont be sent to the usual address, no one will cut the grass, no building maintenance.

Kalah menang lain cerita, tell something new, something that strike the oil and not boring. That is Karpal Singh if you do not know him, as to why he stands out in Court and in Parliament.

Anwar and Karpal, jauh panggang dari api. Anwar is all noise, all about making noise. As much noise as he can, stomping or stamping his foot, banging the stand where he speaks, hit the microphone to make that thunder sound. Trust me, I observed this pattern of him for a long time.

Now, Anwar is all over Perak telling the people of Perak, Pakatan has no intention of suing Tuanku Sultan Perak.

I was asked whether Karpal can sue DYMM Sultan Perak. I told him no.

Being a litigator but not constitutional expert, I gave my opinion based on the Act that gives leave to the person/persons to take Sultans and Raja to court.

DYMM Sultan Azlan Shah, Sultan of Perak has the power to appoint Menteri Besar, likewise dismiss, sack or ask his Menteri Besar to just leave. In this case, he asked his Menteri Besar to leave office, a sack, the next day he appointed a new Menteri Besar, a mamak Melayu.

Nak buat macamana, orang Melayu appointed before berguru dengan Anwar, so jadi kurang ajar, mamak Melayu pun tak pa lah.

Sultan Azlan sack Dato Nizar in his official capacity as KDYMM Paduka Seri Sultan Perak. Where is Karpal locus standi (legal standing) to take Tuanku to court and at which point of time His Highness Sultan Perak is not acting in his official capacity?

Karpal….Karpal, you are going to "'karam" this time, you are alone, you friends, Anwar, Kit Siang, Guan Eng, Hadi, will leave you alone in this battle.

It was disappointing to see the Malays run amok after Friday prayers with intention to storm the Istana. They were seen blocking the VIPs from leaving the Istana which include DYTM Raja Nazrin’s entourage.

It was regretable to know these Malays that ran amok are proud of what they did yesterday. Believe me, they do, I have dealt with these people before, they have no regrets at all.

It was regretable only nine arrested but mind you if more arrested, Anwar and Nizar will gain popularity. I know how Anwar will react to these events which was largely incited by him. I will not be suprise he denied his involvement and further alleged agent provocateur behind the window smashing of DYTM Raja Di Hilir car.

I am not suprise see Karpal put clear his intention to sue Tuanku Sultan Perak. Soon, Anwar, Nizar, Kit Siang and all the former Excos will jump on the wagon with Karpal to sue Tuanku Sultan Perak ? People of Perak should realise their Tuanku is being insulted like no others, their Tuanku decree is being challenge by quarters who are giler kuasa as if His Highness throne has no meaning whatsoever.

All of us knew and saw Dato Nizar committed Lese Majeste, a crime of violating His Majesty, an offense against the dignity of a reigning sovereign or against a state.

Countries with law that makes it a crime of violating His or Her Majesty other than Thailand and Brunei are Spain, Netherland, Denmark, England and Wales, Kuwait and in most of the Middle East Countries.

Japan law on high treason and Lese Majeste was removed by General Mac Arthur, history shows there is nothing they can do to former Emperor Hirohito.

The Japanese people on the other hand do not insult their Emperor the way the people of Perak did these few days.

Should we ask ourselves how do we deal with people without "Kesetiaan Pada Raja Dan Negara".

Now they alleged Tuanku Sultan Perak was bought by BN.

About time the Attoney General mengadap Tuanku to get His Highness blessing to charge Dato Nizar for treason.

Better still, charge Anwar too.

The Pakatan Rakyat government in Perak just do not know how to make it free and simple for us, aren’t they?

Since governing, they got into a lot of mess, I wrote many about it and the recent one that rock the boat is the resignation of the two excos from PKR.

Someone at Court ask me, what do I think about it?

It is simple, I said, either way whether PKR or UMNO will benefit. For PKR, they do not want black sheep, spies, traitors as they sees it in their party and their coalition. For UMNO a chance to move in and tell the people that PKR are full of people without principle.

For me, I add, I look forward for another by elections if both EXCOs decides to vacate their seats as DUNs.

Now the issues went beyond expectation, whether the letters tender for resignation valid with full effect and whether the decision by SPR not to accept their resignation is correct.

HIS HIGHNESS PLEASURE PART 2

Nobat. An instrument as I recall, an instrument full of mysticism.

I was 12 when I first came to know of Nobat. It was eerie and as I was told by someone from Kedah, it was made of human flesh and bones, one is not suppose to impersonate the Nobat while it is playing, those who disobey will be curse.

At the Balai Rong Seri, the Nobat instrument were placed opposite the main entrance. It was guarded by the players of the instruments as if no one should leave their own instrument at any costs.

I also notice the Nobat were not at site during rehearsal of the investiture. It was meant for one thing and one thing alone on that day.

As the KDYMM Sultan Abdul Halim Muazzam Shah of Kedah walks into the Balai Rong Seri, the Nobat was played, it makes this rather unique sound, it was so eerie and haunting.

Later that day I was told the instrument that make the haunting sound is known as Nafiri except this time I was told it was made of animal bones and not of human.

By the pleasure of His Highness Ke Bawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan of Kedah, I was invited to Istana Anak Bukit for two days.

A dream come true, it was. A dream I will never forget. A dream to share with all I know.

One of the main beauty of Istana Anak Bukit, as you enter the main gate, a short drive to the Istana, you will be passing a wooden bridge, it look like it has been existed since the day of time, it is so well preserved. I wonder who could tell me the myth, events and all stories worth telling so I can pass to generations to come.

On my first day, I accidentally took the wrong gate, even then, to get to the Istana, you have to go to the wooden bridge to get to the Istana, except that you come across a sort of mini zoo of fairy tales animals such as birds, deers etc.

One of the three things that caught my eyes as I enter the main hall before I make my way to the Balai Rong Seri is the huge paintings of Al Marhum Colonel HH Paduka Sri Sultan 'Abdu'l Hamid Halim Shah II ibni al-Marhum Sultan Ahmad Taj ud-din al-Mukarram.

You call the 100 number, you hear machine talking to you telling you the preliminary measures to be taken before someone answer your call, at the same time they proclaimed interruption due to upgrading, landslide, flood and the best one recently the cable at the seabed somewhere near the Middle East exploded.

Here in Malaysia, the last by election in Kuala Terengganu shows the ruling party need a lot of luck.

They keep on putting the wrong candidates every where since the last general election.

Frankly, BN can do nothing to Pakatan Rakyat. Pakatan is moving forward with better better image, better way of doing things, better determination.

And the same goes to you President Obama, you project better image and determination. Your determination makes someone like me to look up on you with high hopes especially now when Israel is having a good time killing the Palestinian at the pleasure of your predecessor Senior Bush.

What can you do to Israel? Will it be nothing? Will a black President carry a lot of weight in persuading them? Will you be significant to them?

Just ensure you do not become like Colin Powell and Condoleeza Rice where both were bullied by their white master. No matter how hard you try, no matter what you do, the White will always label you as Black.

ITS THE LAWYERS FAULT NOT BN

I was thinking to write more on Gaza but then again I find the Kuala Terengganu Election result more interesting.

As we all know BN goes all the way out to win this By Election, yet the lost, lost to PAS.

Why BN lost? What have they done to deserve this lost? Do they actually deserve it despite the promises, the donations, the contributions, the grants, the total show down by BN machineries, not to mention the Solat Hajat. Needless to say, whatever under the sun need to be done has been done.

Before the result, I watched PAS candidate on the tv casting his vote and I said, he look like a very nice guy who is going to win.

Five days ago I spoke to someone who is now working in KT who told me, BN got the wrong candidate.

A week ago I spoke to PAS member who predicted PAS will win, I am not suprise, I spoke to the wrong person since when I spoke to BN supporter he believe BN will win.

At 10am last night, I received text messages asking me, what's wrong with BN? I said, many wrong, one of which this BN candidate is not the one I may say "Di Hati Rakyat", former political secretary to Pak Lah, is not the right candidate for KT.

Whats worst he was a lawyer, I hate lawyers, dont you?

We, the people of Palestine, commend your courage to speak and act upon your conscience regardless of your detractors' criticism or cowardice.

Mr. President, we have watched death rain upon our families and children in Gaza for weeks; and yet we stand proud and ready for any outcome. We are a resilient people who wish for peace but will fight rather than bow to injustice. We live and die by the codes of our forefathers - codes of honor, integrity, truth and bravery.

Mr. President, we were eager to meet you in the summer of 2007; but unfortunately yet another blockade by the Israelis, who control our ports and borders, suspended our plans. As we began the truce which we initiated, they were already planning the destruction of our infrastructure.

The Israelis slowly and deliberately began reducing the presence of journalists and denying humanitarian groups access to Gaza over the past 6 months. They reduced the number of trucks bringing supplies from several thousand to a handful each month. And since they began their bombing campaign, food and fuel are scarce. In fact, only 9 of 47 bakeries produce bread, only 5% of industrial operations function and wastewater pumping stations have shut down, flooding raw sewage into populated areas, farmland and the sea.

We do not know who among us will remain alive once this barbaric onslaught is ended. But we remain, as a people and a government, undeterred in our belief that justice will reign.

We can ask no more of you than you have already done - for you have proven that a nation cannot be cowed simply because it drives its own destiny, nor will a leader lose his throne for challenging imperialism. We salute the citizens of Venezuela for choosing President Chavez; and we commend you for being among the few leaders of this age who put people before politics.

I may not live to honor our commitment to meet you; but our people will not rest until they have sent a delegation to meet the man who put politics aside, spoke with honor and acted with courage.

One member of the Bar through loop email pledged for donation for the Palestinian victims of war recently.

There are members of the Bar together with many I spoke to blame Hamas and many more reckons the donation should not confine to Palestinian alone.

Below is my open letter to those skeptics.

Dear All,

I must express my disappointment when there are pledged for donation for the palestinian war victims, there are those among us who are missing the point by reminding donations are for all and not palestinians alone or Hamas is no angel either and the Bar should not take sides.

Its either you give or you don't. A gift is a gift, a donation is a donation no matter how big or small. As for now the immediate relief are for the Palestinian victims of war.

Why are you missing the point all the time?

Similarly, as we sit at mamak restaurant, we from time to time were approached by the many faces of those asking for donations, its either we gift or we brush them off. And if we give, sincerely, we should not question whether the money goes to proper channel or not, all the more being suspicious about how the money being spent.

As the saying goes "Apabila tangan kanan memberi, tangan kiri tak nampak".

Let us be reminded, the Palestinian did not ask for our donation.

We as human must be humane when we see others in need.

EXCUSES AGAIN TIAN CHUA

Yesterday on the news we saw YB Tian Chua admitted there are limitation as what MP can do for themselves and for others.

Are you sure Tian Chua? Are sure on what you said? Aren't you one of those people who once would not barge from obstacles, like the way you did by squatting in front of FRU trucks? Have you forgotten of how to do it since you are an MP?

Remember where you came from, remember the way you use to "bertapa" do nothing at all in public. Why don't you do it again?

Do it lah...sit in front of any of those Sentul flats lift, sit there and tell them you will not move until they fix it.

Then you will look like "Pejuang Rakyat". Then only those who voted you thought you are worth their vote.

To Menteri Besar Selangor : On Bukit Antarabangsa, keep up the good work but I do notice the lorries that carry the earth for clearing at the bottom of the landslide, they are half full all the time, the contractors are double charging the lorries trip. Have a look at that will you.

To Pak Lah : I benefit a lot from IJN, I am not entitled to free medical service, I have to pay in full and in cash. Sometime last year, I had chest pain, went to IJN, complained about it, within minutes I was attended and taken to the emergency room for various tests and check up. I feel good, I know I was at the right place. A non profit body like IJN will not overcharge me or force to take one of their room at Shangri La's room rate.

In less than an hour, they said I was under a lot of stress and need to rest, the doctor who attended me a foreign national, he told me to "go away", another word of saying "take a break". At the end of it, for the whole treatment, it only cost me RM135.00.

Pak Lah, I can't afford insurance, I can't afford to see IJN taken over by corporation, multinational, PLC, all the more SIME Darby, it would costs me no less than RM7,000.00.

To Anwar : Do not waste your time, I was told some people in UMNO will jump over to PKR provided you leave PKR. Can't you see, you are not liken by everyone, especially among your own race. As for now forget the idea of taking over the present Government your away.

BEFORE THE LANDSLIDE

Before the landslide I wrote this:-

Bill Clinton was seen to be shaking hands with Pak Lah today and with some Malaysian women too.

Bill Clinton in reference to Malaysia’s current political situation said “I was told that there are political conflicts here. That is a good thing. Nobody is right all the time,” .

Yes, right, speak for yourself Bill. Thank God it is not Bush that said it, otherwise he would have said he was ill advised by his intelligence about Malaysia, shaking his head in disbelief as the way he did in his recent ABC's interview where they touched on WMD in Iraq.

There would be a small demonstration, people carrying banners and placards asking him to leave Malaysia. Don’t forget Khairy, he will run around like a mad man at the Convention Centre as the way he did when Miss Rice was here two three years ago. As we all know, Miss Rice now is looking for a job at Buckingham Palace as a pianist.

Bill Clinton should know in this country once you are wrong, no matter how you justify it, you will be labelled as wrongdoer for seven generation. A few hundred years ago, those who politically wrong will be “Sula”.

It is wrong for Bill to say we are in political conflict, it is not political conflict, it is political maturity, it is a process of full grown democracy, Malaysia’s way, Our way, My way.

But then again a large number of our politicians still have the mentality as if we still live on trees, no wonder we look as if we are in conflict all the time.

Too cut the long story short, I managed to get a temporary home, courtesy of a close friend who care so much about me.

Every two or three hour someone told me of the occurrence of small landslide andearth movement.

I took my precious television, astro decoder and dvd out of the house when they let me in eventually at 6pm.

I saw Smart, the military, fire rescuers, police, the FRU, field force were all over Bukit Antarabangsa, sirens everywhere every 5minutes, busy attending to the tasks given to them. Reporters photographers were all over the place. MPAJ officials in this case is less visible, for two reasons either they were outnumbered or as if they smell the anger of the people of Bukit Antarabangsa that makes them wanting to be the least conspicious.

By 8pm I was already exhausted, sitting at the restaurant for the fourth time in a day. As I was thinking to myself, hearing to myself, I felt dizzy for a few second, I thought it was just me, I asked those sitting opposite me whether they experience similar dizziness, they said no, a second later they said yes and I felt it again, I was not alone, a small tremor occurs several times with no one actually knew about it unless they pay attention to it.

We left immediately, I made up my mind, I will not be a superhero, defiant to the fact that I have to leave my home, leave Bukit Antarabangsa for at least a week.

That’s what I thought or hope or pray, the truth is I will have to stay away, longer, probably a month as reminded by a friend who is Landscape Architect.

BUKIT MEWAH BUKIT ANTARABANGSA LANDSLIDE 5

The Menteri Besar gave his press conference exactly at 9am. YB Azmin standing next to him, didn’t say a word, obviously giving a lot of room to his boss to steal the light. He thank the rescuers, telling all did a good job, he updated the press on the number of houses destroyed, affected and casualties, he repeated his states government stand banning hill slope development, at the end of it he told the press, the landslide may cause damaged to the structure of Impian Selatan Condominium, he declared it is unsafe the residence who live at Impian Selatan formerly known as Southern Heights to evacuate the condominium.

By mid day, as I was sitting at Restoran Wangsa Ukay with a few neigbours and friends of Bukit Antarabangsa, like exodus of transmigration, residence of Impian Selatan were seen travelling light walking out of Impian Selatan through Bukit Mewah up Riverdale Apartment to the so called Bukit Antarabangsa shoplots. Mosts of them were young couples with small children, carrying with them several small luggages, mind you they dress well too.

At the same time, I was hoping to get into my house to take a few more personal belonging, at the same time I received so many phone calls and sms. It looks like I may have to leave my home for a long time.

One thing for sure, I have to look for a new home for the next few days, hope and pray that I don’t have to move out for good.

BUKIT MEWAH BUKIT ANTARABANGSA LANDSLIDE 4

I was surprised by the number of police presence, the Smart Rescue Team and Fire Rescuer at 4.30am. It was dark, not much can be done other than searching for survivors with torch lights, no lights other torch lights. Bukit Mewah neighbourhood was seen giving as much assistance to the authority in identifying houses which were affected. I heard one man in the state of shock discovered a swimming pool in front of his house and his cars moved three bungalows away from his house.

One lady spoke of Thana, (later as in the news Thana perished in the landslide) blaiming the abandon houses at Wangsa 9 in her opinion caused the landslide, there are others blaiming the new bungalows project nearby.

Those standing and watching are those not affected but largely are those who came back from late supper but unable to get back to their home probably at Kyoto Garden, Oakleaf Condo or all over Bukit Jaya and Bukit Utama.

At the same time, I was counting, several times, looking above the bungalows where my house is standing, the distance to the landslide, its five doors away, counted again and again, comforting myself, its seven doors away. I am safe, I should be safe, I thought to myself.

I went back to my house, very quickly, quick shower, quick change of clothes, pray for Suboh, right after the "sujud Syukor", the police came, asking me to vacate the house, it was declared unsafe, he said, the earth is unstable. "Banyak pergerakan Encik", he said.

Its 6.15am, what should I do, where should I go?

We rushed back to Bukit Antarabangsa once we dropped the children. Thinking of the things to do next, whatever we can retrieve and ran off with it, passports, documents, children clothing etc.

By the time we arrived, my bros were at the gate waiting for us. Syabas workers had just abandoned their work, it is apparent we may abandon our house.

I went to Bukit Mewah, a small army of rescuers has started search and rescue work. Houses seems to be knocking each other, I saw a car as high as 30 feet, close to the roof, the landslide blocked the only road to Bukit Jaya, Bukit Mewah Kyoto Garden, Oakleaf Condo, Laman Oakleaf as high as 2 storey building.

Many in the state of confusion, direct victims are those where their houses totally destroy with or without casualties. Residences of Bukit Mewah were all out of their houses crossing monsoon drain opposite the mosque.

Many who live across the landslide further up the hill were seen standing hoping they can get back home at the wee hour of the morning.

At the same time, in the dark I was trying to identify the house I was so concerned about earlier. Not many were carrying torch light, even if they do, it look so pathetic.

Its nearly 5am, the house was actually move from its original location by 10 metres, almost a total lost although not crumbling. How do I tell him, I thought to myself.

We rushed out of the house with the children, Syabas technician still working at the fire hydrant, obviously unaware of the landslide.

I went to the balcony again, a quick look, the earth still rolling at Bukit Mewah, I heard people screaming, it is 3.30am. My immediate neighbours were sound asleep, like Syabas workers, they were unaware.

Along the way, we decided to drop the children at my mother in law’s house, we make a few phone calls, one of which to call someone who live in at Bukit Mewah along the path of the landslide.

“Where are you now?” “Singapore” he said. “Your house…” at 4am I told him that his house could be affected by the landslide. Sound aware of the situation he said, “Have a look at it please, one of the neighour told me, the landslide may have affected the kitchen”. “I will.....” I said”. “.....I will keep you inform...”.

Glad he is not at his house, glad all of his family are safe with him.

It is 2.30am, the neighbours dogs were barking, I walked to the children playroom to have a peek at the window, Syabas lorry and men working at the fire hydrant nearby which burst a few hours earlier.

As I was updating this blog, I heard gushing noise from my bedroom which is facing Bukit Mewah it sound like heavy rain, not the usual rain, more of hail stone. I went to the balcony to check for certain, there was total black out, I saw cloud of smoke as high as 7 storey building. My first thought at that time, another condominium crash to the ground.

My wife who joined me at the balcony a minute later scream, “Take the children out of the house now!!!”.

It’s another Bukit Antarabangsa land slide, this time it involved those who live at Bukit Mewah. She scream when she saw the landslide moving houses and trees.

Graduan Melayu Muda is in the spotlight again. They ridiculously wearing suit with yellow sarong around them. They were crying for funds, fund to pay legal fees in order to sue Chua Soi Lek for insulting “Ketuanan Melayu”. Tuan, by English definition, means “Lord”. These Graduan Melayu Muda don’t look like Tuan to me, which “Tuan” have problem in paying their legal fees, worst still in this case, they begged for legal fees.

If they think, they are Tuan, then they should behave like one. Get a Tuan suit, don’t put sarong around it, don’t talk about money, do proper campaign, get an injuncton, stop anyone, everyone from talking about Ketuanan Melayu.

Chua Soi Lek is another arsehole, as if we forget, as if we are deaf and dumb, why not just say “Orang Melayu Tidak Relevan”. Go ahead insulting us Malay, surely you always wanted to do that, most of them are, I know for sure. 20 years ago while studying in the UK, one chinese student said before we even introduced ourselves in the presence of the many Mat Salleh, “without the Chinese, the Malay is no where in Malaysia”. 3 years later we become very close, since later he realised I never impersonate his Chinese accent, the English does that.

And by the way, despite of me ridiculing them, I hope and pray Graduan Melayu Muda succeed in their call for the abolishment of the Bar Council as they did 2 weeks ago when they demontrates at Jalan Ampang.

That one piss the Bar Council off.

DO WHAT YOU LIKE

Whenever, whereever I can help it, I refrain myself from commenting on the most controversial issue of them all for this decade, none other than yoga edict (fatwa).

Majlis Fatwa a body responsible in issuing fatwa, did a great job in dividing us Muslim, I guess that is what ulamak and guru do best for the past 1400 years since the day of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) wafat.

I got up at 4.30am several days ago, a rare occasion, I pray, I recite the Yassin, a bit of Zikr while waiting for the Azan of Suboh. After the Suboh prayer, I watched CNN BBC switching all news channels available, then I do the “yoga” followed by breeze walk.

Tell me now, would it be “haram” to take a few moment of breathing exercise by way of “yoga”? Let it be clear to this Majlis, I don’t recite any “mentera” or “puja”.

Someone told me, doing a few minutes of “yoga” a day would help those with ED to get it up again. May be someone should tell this discovery to the Majlis Fatwa, I can assure you they will reverse the “fatwa”, if not provide an exception and guideline to practice “yoga”.

Of all the issues ever raised by all the politicians, the most stupid and ridiculous is about multilingual road signage. In the beginning it was headed by that witch Teresa Kok when she planned to put up 4 languages street signage all over Kuala Lumpur.

At Seputeh she put up “Jalan Muhibbah” illegally, 4 languages road sign to reflect Malaysian, so she declared in Singapore tabloid. Stupid. Don’t you think? Muhibbah is in the heart not on road signage. And if I am not mistaken Seputeh residence mostly are Chinese, where is the Muhibbah? Try put it up at Cheras.

Like “Penyakit Berjangkit” it went up to Penang. They justified the move in the most insulting way to our intelligent, ““Let no one doubt that the DAP respects and upholds Bahasa Malaysia as the country’s official language. We even amended our party constitution in 2006 to reflect the language’s official status,”. I think that racist Guan Eng fail to add, “we DAP fall sick when sees Malay and Jawi road signage only.”

In China, in Thailand, in Russia, or anywhere where no one have a clue whats written on their road signage, they put up English language.

Any other than that whether Teresa, Guan Eng or whoever supported the idea of more than just national language and international language as road signage worth to be noted as our proud racist MPs and Minister, since there is nothing wrong with Bahasa Melayu.

Today Anwar proclaimed he got Sabah and Sarawak Opposition MPs united. Anwar finally will form a Pakatan Rakyat Government. Its all hard work, no play.

I like his confident level, he doesn’t quit, he keeps on trying and he just never give up. That is the spirit that we the rakyat look for from a leader. After 16th September he finally got a cunning plan, he managed to unite the Opposition in Sabah and Sarawak to be on his side.

In the alternative, just in case when all these effort continues to be disappointing, get the many of your Indian friends to assist you. No, not getting more support, I think Hindraff is 100% behind you. Just get an Indian fortune teller that carry bird cage around town to give you a date so that you can declare a new date for take over from the present government.

Hope you get one, I am referring to fortune telling bird, get a new date from the bird like the one shown above.

The last date you predicted, 16th September, was bad for you.

I can’t believe it when Razak Baginda proceed to have press conference which was call off a few weeks ago.

It should not have been held, many have forgotten about him, it is our society “Mudah Lupa DNA”. With the exception of a few bloggers who have not finished with him, he could have just keep himself subdue. But then again he rather clarify several issues straight including that photo of him with Najib and the deceased.

The truth, there are many out there who bought the authenticity of the photo, they believe in whatever RPK or the rest of his alliance wrote. Our society has change so much, we tend to have more faith to those who want to send everyone to hell rather than those who swear by the Quran.

RIDING HIGH RONNIE

What in the world do these people have in mind?

DAP baik, PKR baik, Anwar or Kit Siang, when someone among them charge at court, to them it is politically motivated.

Ronnie Liu, that anarchist type of MP, was charge for obstructing an enforcement officer while peforming his duty, to be exact he was charge for aiding and abetting patrons and workers to stop one local officer from closing a hotel.

They even claimed someone behind the charge playing this Malay Chinese sentiment. Where do they get that from? As far as I know the Government can charge anyone even for crime committed 50 years ago.

Kelana Jaya YB Loh reported as saying no one other than Ronnie Liu has been charged. Actually Loh, you must know this, consult your lawyers first before you say anything legally sound. It is up to the prosecution, they choose who to charge, others can be witnesses, in this case Ronnie Liu charged, others present during the raid can be the witness for the prosecution. So, issues of selective prosecutions do not arise at all.

Now, Ronnie Liu and his supporters like RPK can question about the bail, why Anwar given personal bond but when Ronnie Liu's counsel ask for it, it was denied by the court. That is racism, don’t you think Ronnie? Try raise that Ronnie, I dare you.

Ever look forward your Monday? Ever believe in freedom of expression?

If you do, today is the day, Gerakan Reformis Rakyat Malaysia is holding demonstration at Bangunan Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah at Shah Alam. They will strip naked for a good cause, about housing for the poor. The State Government is increasing the price of low costs houses and apparently they are not happy. There is no other way to protest than to walk towards the State Government building naked. It will surely make a lot of differences, I suppose so.

We are moving forward aren’t we? We are a Nation not only progressing as the most democratic country in South East Asia, we are now the most liberal in expressing ourselves.

Do not expect the type of nakedness tomorrow as vis a vis fine art nudity. Believe me, it is going to be hell, a sight expected but not to be seen, any photos taken at site, unworthy of gallery.

Let’s wait what the Bar Council says about that, I wonder whether they will still stand by that freedom of expression principle they care so much about, in particular of such manner?

A Pak Cik went to a market one morning, at one of the stall he saw three baskets of Ketam. Each basket has different colour, a Red Basket known as Ketam China, a Green Basket known as Ketam India and a Yellow Basket known as Ketam Melayu.

The Pak Cik find it strange that Ketam Melayu basket was unlid whereas Ketam China basket and Ketam India basket were lid tightly, so he asked the Vendor, “why the two, Ketam China and Ketam India baskets lid and sealed whereas Ketam Melayu left open unlid?”

The Vendor reply, “Ketam China and Ketam India will climb up the basket if left unseal or unlit.” The Pak Cik asked again, “Aren’t you worry Ketam Melayu will climb up too if left unlid?”

The Vendor reply with a smile, “I have no worry about Ketam Melayu, every time when one Ketam Melayu climb up, one Ketam Melayu will pull him down.”

Seremban UMNO Division meeting that turns to free for all brawl is not new, we heard incident of throwing chairs at Wanita UMNO Division meeting several weeks ago. I was told today several branches boycotted UMNO Division meeting. Do you know those who boycotted the meeting, kept quiet and shy away are the good ones?

UMNO members as a whole dissatisfied the way UMNO is run, dissatisfied money politics are rampant more than ever, dissatisfied UMNO are run by certain parties who only care about themselves. Best words of describing it “The way they run the Division as if UMNO Parti Bapak Dia”. March 2008 has not taught UMNO anything other than blaming Pak Lah.

From Perlis to the South, from Johor straight up to Kelantan you will hear hue and cry of potential candidates being block from contesting and money politics, a trend welcome by many who want to see UMNO crash to the ground in 10 years time. UMNO as a whole does not seems to progress to better cleaner and highly respected image.

I suggested to a couple I know leaving for Hajj tomorrow to carry UMNO flag while performing their Hajj and pray UMNO do not disappear from Tanah Melayu. We laugh of course, we know UMNO is now a complete joke.

Lets celebrate, I am happy the Court free RPK although I am one of those people for ISA . On the other hand, I am not happy to see RPK free, he will go back telling everyone facts after facts which either you love it or loathe it.

RPK left Shah Alam High Court with a beautiful Rolls Royce, I suppose it is not his, whoever make arrangement to pick him up with RR must have high regard of him or person or persons who benefited so much from his writing.

Several weeks ago I saw someone proudly worn a black T Shirt written “I am with RPK”, what a fool, I thought to myself, you are not with him, he is inside and you are outside.

Soon we will be seeing someone put on a T Shirt “LEAVE RPK ALONE”.

Soon we will be hearing the Appeal of the High Court’s decision.

Perhaps it is too early to celebrate.

30 years ago Haji Hadi in one of his ceramah said he will support non Malay to be Prime Minister as long as he is a Muslim.

Yes, me too, I would like to have a Kadazan or Iban or any of those Sabahan or Sarawakian natives as a leader wouldn’t you?

It would be colourful. In the past we have colourful leaders, look back, for a start look at Tunku.

I am for Senator Barrack Obama. I want him to win, the polls shows he is going to win. It won't be easy, anything can happen. Knowing the US, those who do not want him to win will do all sorts of things to ensure Obama will not win in this Presidential Election.

If the US can convince that stupid Congress of WMD, they can do just about anything and got away with it.

A friend suggested about time our Government send Malaysian as observers to monitor the US election. As free as the US can be, they are not free from election fraud or rigging.

MPs AND THUGS, THEY ARE THE SAME

Why do I have to post comment every time when Parliament is in sessions? Why do I have to repeat the same thing about our MPs?

Did I say our MPs got no class? Yes I did but then again let me be specific, large number of our Opposition MPs got no class at all.

Look at the way they behaved in Parliament today when the new Finance Minister deliver his closing speech on the Budget, Mahfuz, Jeff Ooi, Tian Chua and many more “macam orang tak reti bahasa”. These are the people who teaches our children to be “kurang ajar”, its true, believe me. They were nothing more than people without good manners where the “Mak Bapak Tidak Ajar” not to interrupt others as they speak.

When the situation got worsen out of their stubbornness, they got thrown out, they want it , they ask for it, they want to walk out, it gives them time and space, to blog, to do ceramah, to go to Court, to talk to the media, it’s a trick, volunteer to walk out or get kick out. A trick to get their own holiday.

Talk about wasting tax payers money, these are the idiots that waste tax payers money, they do waste tax payers money.

Low Siew Moi appointed as Acting General Manager for PKNS, being non Malay for the top job, although qualified, several Malay groups from UMNO to PAS called for action which bring Act 2.

Act 2

Dr Hassan Ali of PAS protest the appointment of the new PKNS boss, it is the same Dr Hassan Ali who was seen standing next to MB Khalid when MB Khalid clarified his stand on giving more rooms for non Malay to join UITM, Dr Hassan Ali was seen supportive, that is good acting by Dr Hassan Ali considering his stand of the new Acting GM of PKNS which brings Act 3.

Act 3

PAS newspaper Harakah reported PAS accepted the appointment of Low Siew Moi with open heart which contradicting Dr Hassan Ali earlier stand in Act 2 as such Act 4 is imperative to determine whether there was bad acting in all scenes, Act 1, Act 2 and Act 3.

Dato Haji Hadi, front page Mingguan Malaysia today wants an explanation from his friends in Selangor, I pressume MB Khalid, on the appointment of the new Acting General Manager for PKNS. Dato Haji Hadi acting for whom?

THE BAR, NO STANDARD BUT DOUBLE STANDARD

In the beginning I thought I should keep my thoughts on the latest controversy between Tun Salleh Abas and the Bar Council at bay. I rather leave it to Rocky Bru, he did good job in raising this issue including putting it in such way that the Bar Council practice double standard which they did. Thanks Rocky, you are a Star.

Then came several legally qualified person gave their opinion, even the Bar issue a press statements to defend themselves by saying in such away that “it has nothing to do with them, it is the law”. In the first place, why someone like Tun Salleh Abas need legal practice certificate to be a Consultant? A consultant by definition should be someone with years of experience in legal services sits in a law firm and assists the firm by way of consultancy.

There you go, the Bar, they put it in such a way their hands are tight. All they did is asking everyone to look at the Act. Yes that stupid Act that they rely upon time and time again to show they are part of law making body, they are a Statutory Body. Poodaahh!!!….

The Bar is aware the Consultant application requirements in the provision has cause injustice to Tun Salleh Abas, do they call for repeal, abolishment, or even amendment or whatever they want to call it? They do nothing, nothing to seek justice for Tun Salleh Abas in this case.

They give all sorts of excuses not to assist him, to me it is simple, “Hendak seribu daya, tak nak seribu daleh”.

As for now, that is the Bar Council for you, EGM pun tak nampak batang hidung.

SPEAK OUT FOR SILENT MAJORITY

Someone told me last Saturday evening at Open House gathering, those who join PKR are people without principles. I beg to differ when I saw YB Zulkifli Nordin raised the issues of certain parties questioning among others the volume on the call of Azan and Jawi road signage.

YB Zul, from the first day I knew him has been doing a lot of voluntary work without fear or favour especially trials on illegal gathering. Those days, those who were charged for illegal gathering were largely PAS members. Today we have all sorts of peaceful gathering from the one organised by BAR Council to the one calling for the free of ISA's detainees. It’s democracy to them, its bloody nuisance if you ask me.

Zul Nordin now MP for PKR, does what he was supposed to do when he gate crash his way into one of the Bar Council forum, no compromise in defending Islam he said, and I respected that. I think he has spoken for the silent majority in Parliament recently by firing the sick NGO’s, politicians, MPs and he is also bold enough to have a go at his own Party for doing nothing to defend Islam. Never mind if one says he is not representing the Muslim of this country, at least he got the “B#*LS” to tell off those arrogant “B#%#RD”.

Thank God, the BN candidate at Kulim withdrew his election petition against Zul Nordin and praise to Allah, Zul did not vacate his seat for Anwar as speculated.

Time and time again I saw the Oppositions behave like monkeys in Parliament. I posted about these issues sometime ago. I believe a well trained monkey like the one they send to space would have behaved in orderly manner.

Why do they have to behave like thugs or like yobbs?

Using foul language, screaming and shouting and each other as if it was the order of the day. Next you see Karpal got thrown out and suspended for the next two days, it is not something new, it has occurred before and will occur again. Karpal's history and track records in Parliament is as colourful as Lembu Berhias.

Some said he always find ways to get thrown out from Parliament for reasons only known to him. I posted about him in Parliament sometime ago, have a look. Now I wonder was it just a show, if it is a show it, it is bad acting with bad taste which would not warrant conferment of Datukship like Shah Rukh Khan.

And about time the Speaker take drastic proactive pragmatic action other than throwing them out from their seat in Parliament, and my suggestions to put up a "Swear Box" in Parliament, for every word of foul language or swear words, the MP in question must put RM1,000.00 in the "Swear Box".

And the money can be used to send MP like Karpal to acting school run by Dato Shah Rukh Khan.

MAT JENIN NEARLY SUE ME IN COURT

When all of us should worry on the possibility of flood in every States in the next few weeks, most bloggers are worry on the current trend of politicians suing the mainstream media such as Utusan by the millions of ringgit for defamation, or politicians suing bloggers for the same reason i.e. unfair reporting amounting to defamation or blogger suing another blogger for telling one full of rubbish and the other full of shit.

No one, not even one blogger highlighted the issue of non appearance of MPs or DUNs and flood areas in Kedah. You will only read their cry and worries over RPK, their believe in Anwar, their support for Hindraffs or who got the most nominations at UMNO Division meetings, or who is suing whom, debates on freedom of press full of insults and sarcasm. All these got nothing to do with our daily needs, it serves no purpose to the poor, the helpless and the needy.

So why not jump on the wagon like all the politicians suing and counter suing, I am now looking for someone I can sue for RM40million. With that money, I will buy myself a big house, nice sports car, MPV and a good holiday in Europe. Most of all I will spend half of it to feed the poor and the orphans.

My apology for the “Angan-angan Mat Jenin”, I wonder what would “Angan-angan Mek Teresa” be? Her total claim for damages now amounting to RM140million, how would she spend that much money, buy a private jet and lease it to Pakatan?

It took the Raja-Raja Melayu to tell all those who sing and shout that there are no such thing as "Social Contract" not to questions its existence. A slap on the face to those who deny such "Contract" ever exist. A slap "tak cukup", I will be happy to spit on their faces. If they ever talk much about it again, I suggest the Government send them to join all those on sabbatical leave at Kamunting.

I am also apppalled by the statements of the President of the Bar, she denied the Bar ever question the existence of "Social Contract". It is the biggest and the largest lie ever told by the President who is supposed to be representing lawyers throughout Malaya. For your information she does not represent lawyers from Sabah and Sarawak.

I received numerous emails from the Bar Council several months ago, inviting members to join the full of rubbish time and time again forum on Social Contract. The Bar Council in the name of freedom of speech and expression approved the participants to questions "Social Contract" as if "Social Contract" is among seven deadly sins. Memang dia orang ni kurang ajar. I can't wait to see the Government banned the Bar Council too. I do.. I really really do. Dont they know, organising such forum is as good as approving it. Unless they want to "Bodoh-bodohkan kita".

We also have one not so smart Malay Menteri Besar, he just doesn't get it, doesn't he, why must he goes on saying Malaysians can question the execution of "Social Contract". Bodoh betul MB ni, buat malu orang Selangor.

MB Khalid!!! Next time when the Rulers speaks, you read between the lines, then you shut up lah....don't say anything. Just say, terima kasih Tuanku.

Why just banned Hindraff alone?

Banned the Bar Council too, as far as I am concern, they are all the same thing, banned them too.

The Bar Council for instance, what have they contributed to the peace and harmony in this country? Nothing, nothing at all, all you hear from them, we believe in freedom of speech, freedom of expression, freedom of religion, freedom to switch religion, freedom to demonstrate, freedom to walk to Palace of Justice, freedom to kiss my foot.

All these freedoms that they believe in have caused uneasiness among the large majority of the members. Believe me, they have more than 12000 members, only a fraction support the Bar. Look at the attendance of their AGMs, EGMs held from time to time, not even 10% per cent of the members turn up. You will also see the same people proposing motions at EGMs, seconded by the same people who are non other than those who want the top job in the Council.

Some smart arse lawyers would say, you cannot banned the Bar, the Bar is not NGOs neither an Association, they are a Statutory Body. Then, I urge the Government to pass a new law to give an alternative to lawyers, that is to practice, lawyers do not have to be a member of the Bar. Give the lawyers an alternative body. Now that is freedom.

Among other freedom is to banned Hindraff, right ?!!!

Calling the banned and shut down of this blog is cruelty.

When someone like Anwar stood in Parliament for over four hours, I ask myself, is he debating or is he talking about himself ? Then I realise he called for a new budget, apparently the earlier budget table by Pak Lah outdated.

Why can’t he just debate the budget table before him? Why can't he just make things simple to everyone?

This is how I feel about it, there is not much to debate about, the last budget was well crafted that it caught the opposition by surprise. As a result there is not much the opposition can do, but they must be seen to be doing something, nothing better than to get “Kuda tunggangan DAP” to stand for four hours and call for a new budget. Don’t they know the rules about tabling budget?

Another big day expected today in Parliament.

Anwar has set a new deadline to take over the present Government, he said it is imminent by the end of the year. It doesn't come as a suprise when September 16 did not materialise, he got away with it. He seems to get away with anything, perhaps he was born in the Rat Year. Has it been Pak Lah who set the deadline, later set another date, Pak Lah will be called a liar.

Anwar's posters wishing Hari Raya are everywhere in Selangor most conspicious spots from Batu Caves to the foot of Bukit Antarabangsa, shall I say along MRR2. There were days I could not stand looking at the former Selangor MB posters and Billboards. It is something I believe everyone in Selangor can live without. At one point, someone even asked me whether the lady next to Azmin's Ali is his mother (actually it was PKR MP Zuraidah). What can I do, not everyone pays attention to politics.

I can never forget Anwar has his picture in the many primary school text books when he was the Education Minister. You can also find his pictures many years ago in give away Yassin at "kenduri" when he was Timbalan Presiden UMNO. I think he love himself so much.

On another topic, Datukship for Shah Rukh Khan came as a great shock to the nation. Almost everyone I met think if that is the case, they should give it too to someone like Jackie Chan, Bernie Eccleston, Kris Diyanti or better still Shaggy who performs and promote Malaysia from time to time.

BETTER PAK LAH THAN KU LI, I THINK?

For the good of the Party, for BN and for the Nation, Pak Lah although smiling, the way I see it was crying inside when announcing he is not contesting the top post and shall pass the throne to his successor. He has done his very best to transform reform making preparation for 2020, so he said and I believe him.

What I can’t believe is when Ku Li suggested one party system for BN. What for?

Please tell me Ku Li, how do you expect a one party system to represent the vast various complex minority of the Sarawakian and Sabahan, or the Sikh or the Orang Asli or anyone who is a kin to everyone in Malaysia? We are not America and we will never be them. Even the most democratic country with 700 years of Parliament have more than 10 political parties which among others Ulster Unionist and Sinn Fein, I am sure you are familiar with those names since you graduated from Belfast if I am not mistaken.

Like Musa, like Ghafar, like Anwar, likewise Ku Li, was not destined to be the PM.

So Ku Li, do not suggest anything unless you are contesting in the UMNO election top post, just don’t say anything, just shut up will you. No one in UMNO will disolve UMNO like the way you defunct Semangat 46.

The Gate Crashing at PWTC of those with banners and placards calling for abolishment of ISA, free the Hindraff 5 and RPK lead by Hindraffs and others who has nothing to do, should be condemned by all Rakyat Malaysia.

There are Bloggers who among them are Malay lawyers believe it is appropriate to dress with protest T shirts and placards chanting abolish this and that, free this and that at Hari Raya Open House when they know themselves that it could have been done at a different forum. These are the Kurang Ajar, Kurang Adat Malay Lawyers who are a shame of their own mother tongue.

It is ironic, PKR, PAS, DAP kept mum about it as if condoning such behaviour at Hari Raya.

About time the Government withheld all form of Open House celebration. No more the much proud Hari Raya Open House and one thing for sure, the way I see it, is no longer safe. If the Government insist on doing it, just do it by invitation, thats what they do in the most democratic country like the UK and so be it.

Gate Crashing can be thrilling, I enjoy it thorougly but in disguise? For and in the name of freedom of expression? At Hari Raya Open House?

An Open Letter to all DAP Leaders and Members:

The majority of the Malays support UMNO; and UMNO has plundered and mismanaged the wealth of this country with impunity. Therefore, to change the fate of our nation is to change the mentality of the Malays. This is the ONLY solution!

Without doubt, DAP has struggled and fought fearlessly and tirelessly over the past 4 decades aspiring to build a democratic and progressive Malaysia regardless of race and religion. However, I can only conclude that over the past 4 decades, DAP has completely failed to fight against the UMNO hegemony in the country.

DAP had never prepared itself to be the alternative of BN until 08 March 2008. And we have to acknowledge that DAP had been dragged and manipulated by UMNO to become or at least seen to become a Chinese-Chauvinist political party. The fact is that without PAS or Anwar Ibrahim, DAP will NEVER be able to engage the Malay electorate. The leadership of DAP has long been luxuriating in being recognized as the 'Chinese Hero' or 'Non-Muslims' Rights Defender'.

Since DAP's inception in 1966, the Party has failed to recognize the basic and simple fact that it is the Malays who decide the sort of leaders they want and they have voted UMNO in for 12 consecutive General Elections.

UMNO had always been perceived as the sole defender of Malay supremacy with their special rights and privileges, even if it is at the expense of other ethnic groups. It doesn't require complex political analysis to understand that the MAJORITY of Malays had always been staunch supporters of UMNO. If they refuse to change their voting preference, the status quo is going to remain. The more we challenge it, the stronger UMNO will be. Thus, for DAP to directly clash with UMNO will further enhance its image as a Chinese-based party and provide UMNO with an opportunity to have more Malay sympathizers.

An example is, if they increase the number of scholarships for non-bumis, UMNO can easily tell the Kampong Malays that they have succumbed to the pressure of MCA, Gerakan and MIC. The Malays will immediately give their strong endorsement to UMNO to defend their rights. DAP, as one of the strongest opposition parties in Malaysia, is still failing to comprehend the racial game played by UMNO.

Instead of directly engaging the Malay electorate, DAP chooses to play the ZERO SUM GAME with MCA and Gerakan. These 3 Chinese-based political parties lack the basic political wisdom to survive independently in our multi-racial country where Malays/Muslims are the majority. At least we know UMNO can easily survive by means of communalism and form the government with smaller political parties.

No matter how hard DAP argues or debates with MCA or Gerakan, it won't change the fixed mindset or mentality of the Malay electorate. Neither will MCA or Gerakan be forced to change the mindset of the Malays by DAP!

Remember the iron fact that the majority of the Malays support UMNO; and UMNO has plundered and mismanaged the wealth of this country with impunity. Therefore, to change the fate of our nation is to change the mentality of the Malays. This is the ONLY solution!
As our most respected Regent of Perak, Dr. Nazrin Shah put it, 'The Malay mindset is a crucial factor in our nation's stability'. Dr. Nazrin further elaborated that, 'racial prejudice can be erased if the Malay mindset is stable and comfortable towards forging harmony. It is a pre-condition to our nation's stability'.

May I ask Lim Kit Siang, Lim Guan Eng, Karpal Singh, or even the writer Liew Chin Tong, how much has DAP done over the past 40 years to change the mindset of the Malays? How much has DAP done to win the trust of the Malays? How many times has DAP challenged UMNO in open debate on the academic performance of Malay students?

Instead of getting closer and winning the hearts and trust of the Malay electorate, DAP has chosen to fight with MCA and Gerakan to play the role of Chinese Hero.

Worse still, after struggling for more than 40 years in Malaysia's political history, DAP still doesn't have the slightest inkling of what 'political courtship' is all about. Even the MOST STUPID salesman knows how to be courteous to customers and win their trust.
DAP chooses to shun Malay electorate and frighten them by:

a) Refusing to wear songkok,
b) Raising the issue of Social Contract,
c) Immediate abolition of positive discrimination policies

It's made me wonder whether DAP is paid by UMNO to strengthen their grass root supporters! If I were a DAP leader, I would ostentatiously wear the Songkok to pro-actively court and seek Malay support for DAP. I would put aside the issue of the Social Contract and would clearly and carefully pinpoint the weaknesses of the NEP to the Malay masses before revising it.

If the Umnoputras liken the fate of the Malays in Penang to the Malays in Singapore, how is YAB Mr. Lim Guan Eng going to answer this question or 'accusation'? What YAB Mr. Lim Guan Eng will do is to imitate his predecessor Dr. Koh by keeping his mouth shut and be speechless.

Silence means consent!

DAP should pro-actively and sincerely urge the Malay masses to look beyond the tiny island of Singapore and focus on the plight of Malays in Batam, Bintang, Karimun and even the slum areas in Jakarta. Ask them to compare whether Singapore Malays are better off or Batam Malays are better off.

I can help organize special tours for all the Malays/bumiputras in Malaysia to visit all the Indonesian islands surrounding Singapore to see for themselves how the Malays there are living in abject poverty and sordid conditions. Many young girls in Batam, Bintang and Karimun have to prostitute themselves to feed their family. They are also deprived of the opportunity to receive basic education and training. And we know many of them have to leave their families to become maids in Singapore and Malaysia.

We should challenge UMNO – NOT to protect the Malays in Singapore, but the Malays in Batam, Bintang and Karimun! We are not defending Singapore, but we have to speak the truth to the Malay masses. Enlighten them and so they won't be blinded and misguided by UMNO. Shame on our Education Minister who expressed the need to travel to the UK to save 'our' so-called prodigy Sufiah. He should go to Batam Island to join the UN's efforts to curb child prostitution!

For DAP's information, Singapore Malays have progressed very well. Over the last 15 years, they have improved significantly in their academic performance. Singapore Malays have the highest percentage of home ownership as compared to the Malays in Malaysia and Indonesia! DAP does not have to defend PAP, but I would encourage YAB Mr. Lim to invite Dr. Mahathir for a telecast debate on the plight of Malays in Singapore.

Dr. Mahathir always reminds the Malays in our country to look at the Malays in Singapore, how 'miserable' they are without firm control in politics. For Mahathir's information, the Singapore Parliament Speaker is a Malay and the Finance Minister an Indian Muslim like Mahathir. And so far, I have not heard of Singapore Malays being maids in Malaysia or Indonesia, and neither have I heard of a large number of young Malay girls in Singapore prostituting themselves to feed their family.

As Islam is the official religion of Malaysia, DAP leaders should openly and publicly support the teachings of the Quran in our country. I voted for PAS on 8th March to close down casinos, horse-racing, 4D and TOTO. Non-Muslims have long been paying a second tax to the UMNO government by 'gambling-off' their whole family savings and children's education to win the trust and respect of Malays and Muslims.

DAP should advocate the closure of casinos, 4D, TOTO, and horse-racing as all these vice activities operators are UMNO agents. They take gambling money from non-Muslims and pay it to their UMNO Master. To cut off this source of revenue for UMNO, DAP should explain to the non-Muslim community how this gambling system works in Malaysia – and teach UMNO a lesson as we must expose UMNO's hypocrisy!

Unfortunately, DAP leaders don't appear to have the intelligence, wit, courage and political will to have the paradigm shift and think out of the box politically. As mentioned earlier, DAP is just a political party helplessly manipulated by UMNO. By just simply advocating the banning of gambling, DAP could win the respect and trust of Malays and Muslims plus save many non-Muslims from bankruptcy and family problems. But most importantly, it cuts off a large chunk of revenue from UMNO. ONE stone killing 3 birds.

Instead of shouting and arguing with ridiculous Umnoputras in Parliament, I urge DAP to instruct each of their members to befriend at least 10 Malays to explain to them the challenge of this ever-changing globalized economy and how we have to work together regardless of race and religion for a better Malaysia. When the Malay mindsets change, Malaysia will change; and vice-versa.

DAP, hear me and hear me well. You may be sincere, but you are sincerely wrong in Malaysian politics. Go and study what made UMNO strong. Do your political analysis. Also, DAP, you must remember that PAS is your true friend, even though they talked with UMNO. They are righteous and godly people that won't succumb to the temptation of money. That is not the case with Keadilan. Except Anwar and a few top leaders, many Keadilan people are still carrying the UMNO-DNA, as we have witnessed with the running dog Ezam and Nalla betraying the party.

DAP, you should acknowledge the fact that the special rights and position of Malays/bumiputras are enshrined in our constitution. You have to respect it. You must have a complete and comprehensive Malay agenda to compete with UMNO. For example, the Penang state government can provide free but compulsory tuition for Penang Malay students at schools. DAP must cultivate and nurture the Malays in Penang to excel in academics and be able to compete on equal footing with others. Penang Malays must be the locomotive change of mindset to the rest of the Malays in our country. If DAP fails to change the Malay mindset in Penang, DAP will never be qualified to be addressed as a 'National' party.

Lastly, DAP, you still have a long way to go and you really have to learn again who's given UMNO power. Go to their power base, seize their power and cut off their power supply! For a progressive and better Malaysia, wearing the songkok is a trivial matter.

If necessary, let Anwar's new cabinet be full of capable Malays like Dr. Syed Husin Ali, Dr. Azly Rahman, Dr. Bakri Musa, Tuanku Abdul Aziz, etc. to prove to the Malay masses that we, Chinese, are not power hungry; we don't choose to 'pegang' so as to destroy their livelihood as UMNO has claimed. We can prove to them that even though there is only 1 Chinese Minister in the Cabinet, it is still okay to us if the highly capable and honest Malay leaders can lead our country to greater heights and serve the rakyat wholeheartedly regardless of race, language and religion!

Someone left a comment in my blog asking me whether I read Malaysia Today. Of course I do..long time ago. How do I find it? It is too long lengthy, it bores me on most occassions.

In the beginning I thought RPK was good, providing information I crave for, he was entertaining especially when he gets abusive, calling names to the many UMNO leaders such as Mat Taib.

Then came his speculation on who is going to contest at which and which constituency in the last election. He posted so and so contesting at such and such Parliamentary, to verify I call so and so aide to confirm, I end up getting a mouthful from him "...apa dia tau...dia tu bodoh...". True enough later so and so did not contest at the constituency as claimed in Malaysia Today.

Since then, I did not take Malaysia Today information as true and accurate information, since then I pressume all his allegation "macam cakap orang fasikh", since then I feel sorry to those who were defame by him. Since then I believe anyone name in his blog will sign the Detention Order if the Minister have second thought about it.

Now he is on holiday he ask for at Kamunting. He deserve the long sabattical leave. By the way, after a few Martini's, Kamunting will look like this. Have fun and enjoy.

DOG FOOD FOR THE BITCH?

Teresa, I think you complain too much? Stop bitching about the food they fed you while under detention. Don't tell me the detention food similar to dog food. We all know how dog food look like, yes it look like cat food.

No one at Bukit Aman have a clue what you like to eat, you may not like Nasi Goreng Kampung or Nasi Goreng Ikan Masin, you would rather see them feed you with Char Kuey Teow, Penang Style. Next time ask for the menu, yes like hospital food nowadays provide menu, ask for roast chicken, its nice.

You also complained about being fed with dua ikan kembong. What do you expect? Do you know ikan kembong is not cheap?

Having said that, your option is to follow the step of your good friends such as RPK or those from Hindraf, go for "mogok lapar", then the detention food will be a none issue.

Meanwhile, enjoy your freedom, go around and be a bitch, call for press conference, call the minister, sue everyone you hate left and right. Forget the poor and the needy, you are so important to the Nation. We must listen to you.

Almost everyone I met who has interest in politics will ask me whether Anwar will take over.

A senior lawyer I met said, “What will Anwar do? He just go to Pak Lah and said, give it to me? I laugh of course, between the lines if I put myself in Pak Lah shoe I will take my “kerusi” and throw it to Anwar. And if I am charge for assault, my defence will be provocation. As we can see almost everyday Anwar was seen to be provoking Pak Lah.

3 days gone by, not much from Anwar a part from his repetition that he is going to take over as if we are deaf.

Anyway, today I have my field day, as I browse through the Pasar Ramadhan, a friend call from the Middle East, concern over the current situation. “Is it true...,” he asked, “is it true Anwar is having a press conference now on his intention to meet Agong”. “I said no, but I receive a lot of sms including the chance to watch Anwar swearing in front of Agong at anwargilakuasa.com and the best one with a message like this, “Anwar angkat sumpah depan gambar Agong”.

Zaid resign as Minister in charge of the Law? Pak Lah refused to accept his resignation? I think he should resign, if he has so much love for the Law, he should resign, politic and law doesn’t go together especially ISA.

Until today no one really knows why he was put in the cabinet. He was suspended for money politic, he was not nominated to contest in the last election and I was also told recently he lost his contest as Division Chief to Dato Fatmi in Kota Baru. Who is Dato Fatmi? He is Najib former political secretary.

Ya lah, time to go Zaid. You are not that good and likeable even at your division. The only body that care, is the Bar Council. You can join them back.

The freed Sin Chew Jit Poh reporter was arrested apparently not under the ISA, that is good. The option probably, is to ban Sin Chew Jit Poh or suspend its publication license.

Teresa Kok arrested under ISA for causing racial tension over an issue of loud “Azan”. If I am not mistaken she denied making such statements or supporting the petition several weeks ago. I don’t think Teresa Kok is that stupid to ask Kinrara mosque to lower the sound of "Azan" from the speakers? The Head of Masjid Kinrara confirms Teresa never set foot at the mosque in handing over the petition. Why was she really arrested? We will find out in the next few days.

RPK, arrested under ISA, expected and he deserve to be detained.

I have no sympathy, I hate everything about him, especially when he put it in such away that he got the royalties behind him for whatever said and done in his blog.

LOMPAT SI KATAK LOMPAT

16th September, 2008 is not far from the date line of Anwar’s dream to take over the Government. He repeated from time to time there are many BN MPs going to “lompat” party. If I am not mistaken, according to him as many as 30 MPs.

“Lompat Party” is not something new, it has occurred several times, mostly from the Opposition, MP’s from PAS, PBS, DAP had cross over to BN for many years. BN should not worry when their MPs decided to jump to Pakatan. After all Pakatan seems promising. If Pak Lah, as Anwar said “bagi gula-gula” to the rakyat in the last Budget, Anwar also gives gula-gula, guli-guli, balloons, ole ole and many more. As long as it is not peanuts, the potential cross over is imminent.

My advice to those potential traitors, “Look before you leap”.

Today, 5.58pm, Thursday, 4th September, 2008, the Nation lost a Great Man, Tan Sri A Samad Ismail.

Tan Sri Abdul Samad Ismail, born in Singapore on 24 April 1925, a journalist, political activist, and creative writer, known for promoting Malay nationalism. He was a founding member of the Gerakan Angkatan Muda (Geram) and of the PAP (People's Action Party).

He was Chairman of the Malaysian Press Institute and was also a founding member of the National Association of Writers (PENA). For his accomplishments in the literary and journalistic field, he was awarded the title, Pejuang Sastera by the Government in 1976.

From Javanese parentage, Samad Ismail was born and educated in Singapore. He completed his Senior Cambridge in 1940, just before World War II began, and launched into journalism almost immediately, starting as a cub reporter in the newly established Malay daily, Utusan Melayu.

During the Japanese Occupation, he did editorial work for the Japanese-sponsored, Berita Malai with Abdul Rahim Kajai and Ishak Haji Muhammad (Pak Sak) for RM10 per month. The returning British thus had him jailed in 1946 but only briefly. After the war, he returned to the Utusan Melayu as the assistant editor. His anticolonial stance led to a second arrest in 1951.

Upon his release in 1953, he returned to his job at the Utusan Melayu and became a founding member of the People's Action Party along with Lee Kuan Yew. However, disagreements with both Lee Kuan Yew and with the Utusan Melayu saw him leaving for Kuala Lumpur in 1959.

In Kuala Lumpur he head the Berita Harian and later the New Straits Times where he remained a strong advocate of the Malay language and culture, and continued to explore the complex dimensions of race and politics in Malaysia. He expressed some of these thoughts through his Malay novels which he began writing in the early 1960s. In 1976, he was again arrested under the Malaysian Internal Security Act and was not released until 1981. Upon his release, he returned to the New Straits Times.

And… I told you so in my last posting ( refer to 1.9.2008 posting) and everyone is agreeable with me.

Strangely the person who is responsible in making that shameful remark has yet to surface to offer his apology and take whatever punishment like a man.

Why must UMNO apologise on his behalf when UMNO think it is his personal statements. Let him come forward and offer his own apology in front of the many races he called “Immigrant”.

I have a suggestion, bring that person this Friday at Tugu Negara, ask him stand with the National Flag, sing “Negaraku”, then ask him to recite “Kami Rakyat Malaysia…..”, and “Bersumpah” at the end of it that he will never repeat it again witness by among others Dato Nichol David and Dato Lee Chong Wei.

Let me tell you, it will work as a form of “Kesedaran” punishment. After that we surrender him to UMNO Felda branch for his next punishment, let them throw chairs at him.

The old folks were right when they said “Kerana Mulut, Badan Binasa”.

I plan to rest at Ramadhan, no UMNO bashing, I promise myself, but UMNO is a party worth bashing, the more UMNO gets the bashing, the more stupid they would be.

Bukit Bendera UMNO Chief Dato Ahmad who made that stupid remark about Chinese community should not get away freely. Pak Lah, Pak Najib must take immediate step in suspending his membership and take the necessary measures in punishing him. Don’t lah go around defending him and tell people he didn’t mean it. People are hurt by his careless remarks whether intended or not.

UMNO is becoming very unpopular among the New Malays, not the Melayu Baru type screamed and shouted about by Mat Taib, Muhyiddin, Najib and “tidak lupa” Dato Seri Anwar Ibrahim who was among them 10 years ago. Some even said if you want to see a political party full with “Penyamun Tarbus” look at UMNO, it is full of them. This is the sort of people who is leading UMNO at Division level. Believe me, their forefathers are migrants too.
